Sound and Vision Living is a real gem and our favorite Olympia place for design, inspiration, and a warm welcome! We discovered this shop soon after moving to Olympia, and Nicole, Dan, and Megan were quick to welcome us and get to know us--and we soon found ourselves looking for excuses to stop by and browse. Everything they sell has so much character and style, and it's just a happy place to visit. We decorated our living room and my video studio with midcentury modern furniture and perfect accents that helped make our house a home--and they're our go-to any time we need to shop for gifts. Go support this great little shop, and I guarantee you'll leave with a smile and something that will bring joy to your home!

I am in LOVE with my new mid-century modern Chevron pattern coffee table from Sound and Vision Living. I walked in and found exactly what I was looking for. A classy, vintage piece that brings the room together and didn't cost a fortune. (I bought it for under $300.) Owners are super nice and helped me load the table into my car. Not to mention the space is well-lit and looks incredibly inviting. I will definitely be back for more!

Some of the best home goods in Oly! They have such fun stuff, small and large. And they are just freakin nice! We have bought numerous items from there, including planters, kitchen accessories, trinkets, pillows, furniture, and of course the celebrity magnets!

One of our favorite stores to visit downtown. Wonderful, eclectic mid-century modern curated from reputable vintage source, as well as new, plus super fab local artist wares in the mix. Their showroom is a delight to peruse. I always find something that makes me swoon every time I visit. Appreciate their aesthetic, commitment to quality while still being affordable, and their service is always top notch.

Owners are very helpful & they carry very cool, mostly local art, furniture, antiques, rugs, trinkets, lamps, flower pots, etc. Pretty much everything there is great quality & beautiful. A really sweet spot to pop in if you want to spiff up your place.

This is my shop, and I must say that I really resent Yelp pulling down our positive reviews but leaving up the one negative review by an out of town maskhole that knows nothing about our business or Covid protocols. Our shop is rad, and that person really missed out on a fun experience due to her own refusal to wear something as simple as a mask. Yelp is a racket that wants us, the business owners, to pay them to be able to respond to reviews, and we refuse to play their game. We are a small owner operated business dedicated to our community and we go above and beyond for our customers. That is pretty much all any potential customers need to know.

Super bummed out about visiting today. Walked in today and greeted the woman in back without a mask on. And then a man came out getting one on asking me to put one on... don't fake the mask life, it's idiotic. Was really looking forward to shopping local artist products.
