We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and Isaiah listened to what we had to say. He was very knowledgeable and we never felt like we were asking "dumb" questions. Store is very clean, easily accessible, and we never felt like we were being pressured to make a decision immediately. Great customer service and excellent products.

Bought the c2 bed a couple years back and, honestly it's cool experience to own one but at the same time the cost to continuously repair this thing is rediculous, it started leaking on both sides of the bed after 1 year, so far I have put 4 patches on it, now I'm putting a 5th one on. The beds seams are like spreading apart and creating little holes I called and they want me to pay 45% of the cost to replace the chambers, I said why so this same problem can occur again? I said no I'd like a replacement free of charge since I spent so much money on this bed, they said sorry sir,. I then proceeded to say have a great day I won't be purchasing anything from sleep number again. Moral of the story, if you want a high maintenance bed and outrageous cost for repairing every year and glitches this is your bed. I'm going to a different company.

Great place! This was an upgrade my last sleep number bed was 15+ years old. It was a split king and I gave it to parents who need a new bed. This time I bought a twin XL. Lydia was excellent at explaining all the new materials, features and technology. My opinion you can never go wrong with a sleep number bed.

The customer service for this purchase was amazing. The bed itself? Horrible. I’m not prone to back pain and that’s all this bed gives me. I get there’s no return and/or exchange policy, and at this point I’m not expecting one—especially since we purchased our bed almost six months ago. Please do not be like me—do your research on these mattresses BEFORE shopping. They’re not for everyone.

Great experience. Great employer's. Lydia is the type of girl you want working for you at your store and although I didn't work directly with Isaiah, he was still present and very knowledgeable and there to help with anything needed.. Great people, great customer service and great experience. Cant ask for much more than that. Hopefully I love the bed just as much as the service :)

I absolutely love those beds,i have sleep apnea and my legs swell,i cannot sleep on my back for very long. That short time on that bed was sooooo comfy. I would recommend buying one of these awesome beds
