Unprofessional!!! I paid for the package to have my truck cleaned, vacuumed, and wiped down. It took over 10 min and they never dried the truck. Instead the young men decided to smack each other with towels and laugh! Finally they cleaned the wheels and then left for another couple minutes. When they returned they continued to slap each other with the towels again. When they finally started to clean inside the truck they completely forgot about drying the outside. I will never come back to this establishment again!!!!

My car has powered retractable side mirrors. Which I told the employee and before I could retract them the employee manually pushed the passenger side in causing motor damage. In addition the business ignored paying for the damage after the dealership quote... very disappointed with the business.

On the occasions that I get the mega wash where they are vacuuming and wiping down the interior of the car, they do a phenomenal job. Even after I had been River jumping on the beach and my poor car was covered with sand...(Not intentionally btw lol)... Every nook and cranny had sand. They did an awesome job!!

Pretty standard car wash. The crew that dries at the end 9/10 time really do well. Only downfall is I always lose 75 cents due to faulty equipment.

This place needs a remodel as I went through it seemed the machine hardly cleaned or had water and soap to do a good job. The worker was friendly but that's all I can say that was nice about this place.

I went to wash my truck here and this teenager broke my sun visor on my truck then was laughing about it after it happened his name was zeek and he was just careless I made a report today and hope the manager calls us back the teenager should pay for this damage it also was on camera when he broke it, also why isn’t a manager on site all the time. Won’t be back to this place be aware everyone.

Sure doesn’t Kleen anything with those worn out car wash wipers. Waste of money , towel dry ? More like towel smear the remaining dirt.

I don't think I've washed my car in at least a couple of years, probably since we moved here from Nevada . It was so dirty! Today, we went through Shur-Kleen Car Wash, and it was still a bit dirty. They sent us through again, free of charge, and made sure I left with a sparkling clean car. I will definitely be back again!
