The new sofa is beautiful and so well designed. And I cannot say enough good things about the 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up the sofa. They kindly helped us move the old soda out of the way and a large chair, as well. They placed blankets to protect the doorway. A fantastic experience!

So great to work with Seldon’s! Helpful support in the Olympia store during the purchase. And the delivery was fantastic — on time with great notification, helpful delivery folks (Nate &Nick???) who cleared the path, set everything up, and took away the packaging. Courteous, friendly, efficient.

I would like to thank Dean for stopping by and fixing my lift chair. My part was ordered and my appointment scheduled for January 16, 2024. On December 28, the service department called me and said Dean would come by after he got off work and on his way home the next day.What great customer service! Dean was great and got my chair fixed. We had a great experience working with Mary Amandes at the Olympia store. We needed assistance furnishing two areas of our home. Mary helped us design our space, provided guidance with color choice, pointed out the pros and cons, and answered all our questions (without any sales pressure). We felt confident in her advice. Our home looks great! The choices we made fit who we are. We couldn't be more pleased :)In addition, we needed a minor touch up to one piece of furniture (a very small splinter). Israel Sanchez came to our home to make the repair. He was very professional (identifying himself at the door) and friendly. He was very conscientious taking care to protect the flooring. He completed the job quickly and beautifully. The piece looked better than new!

I purchased 2 lift chairs from Seldens of Olympia and a couch 1 lift chair broke in under a year. We purchased the insurance through Seldens and when I came down to getting the chair fixed under warranty it never was fixed. Things from them look nice in the show room but are really poorly made. The couch is so uncomfortable you can feel the 2×4 in your lower back.looks like the Review from John Brosnahan had the same experience as I.2 reviews
