Safelite is top of the line specially the Group on Harmon Road .in Columbus Ohio. I had a nasty chip in my windshield. The staff fixed it in 9 minutes..Look brand new.I give them 100 stars

We got a nasty rock chip headed home on I5 late Saterday morning. With the summer heat and changing temperatures we were worried that it might spread before we could get an appointment with any of the not open on weekends, other local car glass shops in the area. We happened to be driving down Plum and low and behold Safelite of Olympia was open. We stoped in and the very kind and professional office manager said that even with there very full schdule she would fit us in early afternoon. We returned a few hours latter and they wished the car in, filled the chip, billed our insurance and got us back on the road in a timely manner. All in all we are very happy with the experience. Would recommend to anyone needing windshield repair on a tight schedule.

Like a bad Ex, I should have followed my gut on the 1st red flag. Here I am 4 flags in and writing the review while I search for another replacement company. They canceled 4x stating an array of issues. The 4th being the most comical because I received multiple emails with offers of $50 off to reschedule on my own, then get a call the morning of my appointment to say the glass for my truck was damaged and couldn't be replaced.. shocking! Giving 2 stars because this company could be just having a rough time and I was offered a very small discount (I had to ask for)I'm not a monster, but I could have had this sorted out over a month ago if I hadn't believed each excuse. Pros:They didn't ghost meWere nice enough to call the day of each time they cancelledOffered a little discount, if you askCons:Cancelled/rescheduled 4x over a monthOffered little discount but I had to ask Cancelled the day ofSo pretty much the same. Added little side con... little man that came out the first time to tell me they had the wrong glass(although I never saw any windshields with him, hmm) well, he knocked like he was big-bad-swat coming through my door! Sheesh!! Calm down, it's a windshield replacement!?!? LolJust my solo experience, take it how you may.

Front windshield replaced quick and with very little hassle. They were even able to fit earlier than expected. Great service, friendly and professional techs. Kellan, store manager, patiently explained my options and answered all my questions. Stefan did an excellent job of replacement. Thanks for making a bad experience bearable.

Don't use Safelite auto glass!!Absolutely terrible service, if I could give zero stars I would. You have to schedule service online now and pre-pay, which I understand, so I scheduled service on a Sunday, the earliest they could get out to me was the coming Friday between 8:00-Noon, I received 3 or 4 emails and texts telling me, it's almost your appointment time, your technician is on the way yada yada yada and then at 11:45 AM. I got a call from the office, " sorry, the part didn't come in, we'll have to reschedule you for tomorrow I promise I'll stay here and get that expedited." as it turns out this was a BS promise. A Safelite technician arrived at my house Saturday and he starts wrapping the window in this clear plastic he calls crash wrap. I asked him what about the windshield, he says you'll have to call the office that part still didn't come in. I call the office "yeah we tried calling you but couldn't get a hold of you (all of a sudden they lost my number) we don't know what the delay is but it looks like it's going to be another five days."NOPE! Cancel my service refund my credit card and I'll never use you guys again goodbye.You've been fair warned .

If you ever want to witness a great argument, in action, for the power of capitalism, look no further than Safelite. I have used these folks, both in Clark County and Thurston, and they just don't cease to amaze. The efficiency of their website, scheduling, promptness of service, professionalism, courtesy, care of merchandise, efficiency, and speed. They turned a 90 minute window into a 20 minute completion on trip one and the same window converted me into driving off the lot in under 15.Way to go team! What a well oiled machine and a great business model. If I would have done this at the dealership it would have been 30$ more and two weeks wait on a part delivery and poorly available/clogged up service department.This company and the people in it are why America keeps winning!

Took my truck in today to have the front driver window replaced. I received a text at 0916 that they had started on my repair, and then a text at 0920 stating they were done with the repair ? The new window is flawless and I'm very happy with the work!

I've had my windshield replaced as well as 2 rock chips/cracks repaired through Safelite in the past couple of years. I've always been very pleased with how fast they get their work done! Very professional people! I'll always recommend Safelite over any other AutoGlass company anywhere!

I made an appointment using their online form, answered all of the questions about my vehicle and got 4 different confirmation messages over the lady week only to find out they ordered the wrong windshield as their online form didn't ask all of the required questions to order the correct part. Their response, "yeah, our online system isn't very good. We have three Transit Connects here today and only have the correct windshield for one of them." (Which was by accident as the one they ordered for me happened to fit one of the other two, which they'd ordered the wrong part for). Why have an online scheduling system if you can't do it correctly? Why not have someone call or email to double check before wasting someone's time? I'll definitely be using another company from now on.

Took my wife's 2015 Renegade to have the windshield replaced. No problem with getting an OEM part, wait time was fine, but here's the main issue. They broke a piece off up by the rearview mirror. "We'll ge ahold of the dealer and order the part then give you a call when it comes in." This was the 25th of February. We did however get a call from them only to be told, "It was the wrong part. We'll give you a call once we get the new one in." It's now the 28 of March and still no call. We tried to get ahold of Brian through his number on his business card. Ummm... yeh right ... "The person at this number has not set up the voicemail in box." OK... Then I tried to call the 1-877-465-5224 number. All I got was some computer. My next step is going back down into Olympia and having a chat with these people. As far as I'm concerned I will let my Insurance know not to use them again. I know I will do everything that I can not use Safelite.

Quick, easy, and SO helpful! My window was broken out up in Seattle, and Safelite got everything squared away in just two days! I didn't have to wait a week or two for an appointment and I had glass insurance (thank goodness), so I only paid a $100 deductible.

Knowledgable, professional and fast. They advised me of the inventory shortage and provided updates on the repair of the vehicle. There were some challenges receiving the right part but the team jumped in to make it right! The technician even pointed out undetected damage caused by an attempted break-in. ? Safelite repair ?
