I am a "quilter want to be" so I got in touch with quilters connection after finding this gem on a google search. I recently purchased a vintage featherweight sewing machine and we could not adjust it properly. The owner,David, was so accommodating and agreed to get my little sewing machine working again. He gave us an appointment for the next day!!! Now that's service, folks!!! I was able to buy featherweight items at a good value too that day. I just appreciate having this little (by appointment only) sewing shop near enough to my home. One day I might take his maintenance course on oiling and greasing my featherweight sewing machine. I love this place! Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. They've got a variety of services from repair and sales to quilting classes. This is the kind of local business that is an asset to the community.

David repairs mostly the old models of Singer Sewing Machines and I have a newer model. But he was so helpful over the phone with advice on next steps to get my machine repaired at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop.

Took this class and I was very pleasantly surprised that now I can service my own machine. David is a great instructor, and he had all the parts I needed to get my featherweight up and running and in great shape!
