Great doctors not enough help. Staff seems over ran. Great hospital. Don't like prescribing if that's what you're looking for.

last time I was there my knee and ankle where hurting . just sitting in a wheelchair all night waiting to be seen took forever.today around 8 my sister and I went to st.peters and damn parking lot was full again .Last time I was there the nurse whom wore light pink sweater that took my blood pressure did too tight I have a medical history of neuropathy considering that full squeezing of my left arm cause numbing ony left arm it's bad enough that I have a sliver of a tumor between T Spine 7 and T spine 8. It's like the old saying if you have a problem leave it at home don't bring it to work with you

I called to get some general information, I chose option zero and got transferred to the operator. She was extremely rude to me and transferred my call, without even explaining herself. She should be fired immediately. Working at a hospital there’s a lot of dire situations and if someone is going to act so negligently, they do not deserve to be employed at a hospital.

Terrific Hospital and staff servicing all of the Thurston County cities and more because of their regional excellence in Cardiology and partnership with many nearby specialized clinics. I have had many interactions at St Peter’s with their Emergency, Surgery, Recovery, and Rehabilitation over the past two years and their staffs have been top notch in all respects. Use of the hospitals operating rooms by specialized medical personnel at nearby clinics are seamless. The hospital’s charter allows the lowest paying insurance providers to access their facilities. I’ve been blessed to have Providence St. Peter in our community!

My husband was in procedure/surgery and we never heard from a dr or nurse with what they found, what they did or how he was. My husband called me when he was in phase 2. Poor poor communication!

I just had knee replacement surgery. The staff was very kind and caring. They explained everything every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable before and after surgery. The surgeon did a great job too.

The nurses, intake staff, imaging staff, and doctors were all very professional and attentive to me. I feel very positive about my care here. I was seen promptly and that I am leaving with the best possible information.

The 5 star reviews are paid for or put there by employees trying to discredit those who complain. With that said, avoid this place and Capital Medical Center. Even if you're dying, they're not worth it. They will give you the third degree and condescend you for advocating for your own care. They have no bedside manner and will take away your electronics like a child if you are checked in, even for non psychiatric purposes.Just because the homeless losers use your business to camp doesn't mean you get to treat the rest of us like garbage. You should be shut down.

To start off, when my girlfriend got there i was non responsive, awake but not there at all. She came in panicking needing help, crying scared because she thought i was dying, i could not breath properly. They didn't even give her a wheel chair, she had to find one herself. Then made her go and get me, i am 250 pounds and she isnt even 150, how was she suppose to get me out of a car by herself. When she finally got me in i was still unable to breath and not able to respond to her. So what did the staff do, told her to get in line, the people in front were walking and not looking like they were dying in line. Then we waited in their emergency room for hours, saw a doctor, or they said he was, for literally less than a minute listen to me breath maybe 3 times and then sent me back to the waiting room. Finally I got to go and get an x ray and then back to the waiting room, almost 2 and a half hours later, they call my name telling me I'm going to see a doctor. Nope they took me to another waiting room and said when a room opens up you will see a doctor. I was able to breath and feeling better by then, I left deciding I'd rather die in the comfort of my home then wait for them. When I was leaving they said have a good night and I told them how ridiculous it was that I was there for 5 hours and never saw a doctor. All they cared about was my last name so they could be a note in the file that I left. They don't care about the patients there, they care for their paychecks. I can't believe how sad the medical system has become, this is a Christian hospital but apparently they forgot that they are suppose to help people not ignore them. This is a sad excuse of a hospital and if you have a choice go somewhere else, even if it's 10 or 20 more minutes away because they will just waste your time.

An old lady kept crying and saying she needed to pee for 20 minutes while nurses abs staff ignored her. She had to bang on the wall for someone to acknowledge her. Then instead of getting a wheelchair to assist her they made her walk to the bathroom. Hopefully that’s no one’s mother getting treated like that. Then later she said something was leaking and no one would acknowledge her and one nurse said ok something leaking walked off. Then after 15 minute she said she was wet. Kept saying hello and everyone ignoring her.

Our experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. My daughter just had her baby here and the care she received from start to end was phenomenal. She had to come in thru the ER due to the late hour. The ER was so busy but the staff handled it professionally and with great care. The labor and delivery staff were amazing. The unit was extremely busy, delivering 10 babies that shift and mothers constantly coming in for triage. She got her epidural very quickly. The anesthesiologist was very kind. He explained the process and took his time to ensure her comfort and was there until they were satisfied it was working correctly then he had to go to another patient. She was checked on regularly and anytime she needed something they were on it.The post partum staff were also amazing. I would love to give a shout out to all the amazing staff but don't want to leave anyone out. Everyone involved was so amazing. The only negative was the bed she stayed in during the rest of her stay. It was comfortable but noisy off and on and vibrated. I think it's an air matress. We did find out it's ok to unplug it which we did.
