They didn’t have exactly what I needed but the employees were very kind and helpful. I will definitely have to come back when I have time because the rest of their inventory was impressive.

Amazing service can be found at Private Sector Arms. I was a first time buyer and didn't quite know what to expect, but the professional and kind staff there made it a great experience and set me up with what i needed whilst giving me knowledge on my purchase. Definitely recommend this shop and will shop here again.

Great customer service and actually has a functioning online catalog. Meaning you can pay online before going in...but of course still need to fill out and sign paperwork for those that read this assuming you can pay online & pick up without passing a background check. The staff here is nice and easy to deal with. I'be bought AR Lowers and a hand gun from them.

I've been in here 3-4 times trying to support local shops and each time they have not had basic stuff. This last time I was helped by some kid that really had no idea what I wanted until I told him(?) a few times. I know do not feel remorse to buy online and save me the time, gas, and patience wasted here.

I have been going to Private Sector Arms since they first opened, they are my one stop and do it all. Don and his family are true patriots that love their community and country. They have supported our community and local residents ever since day one. They are knowledgeable, trust worthy, and sell any firearm you are looking for at a great price. I highly recommend them and ask anyone in the area to show your support for them. Small business FFL's are going through a rough time right now. Many laws and restrictions have been put on them to the point where it's starting to strangle them! FFL's need our support more than ever, and if you're in the area I would highly recommend Private Sector Arms. They are super fast and responsive on FFL transfer's, they stay ontop of it and let you know right away when your transfer is ready. If you bring cash, you will likely get a very good deal and firearm!

This place was great. Staff was very friendly, easy to talk to. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but was able to order it and was in my hand a week later. Couldn't be be more thrilled with how smooth it went. Completely opposite experience from the big C.

Staff (possibly owner) went out of his way to help me with something that he could have charged me money for but didn't - he treated me like he'd like to be treated if in my shoes. I really appreciated that kindness.

Reviews led me to believe that this shop was amazing. Decided to take my FNX 45 at around 11:20 am when they opened to get some night sights put on and they were also the closest gun store to me. Upon entering the store, I immediately felt like I wasn’t really welcomed there. The environment wasn’t very welcoming to me. Was told that they’d give me a call after my sights got put on. Time goes on and it’s 5:24 pm and still no call. So I decided to call and get an update. I figured hey, gunsmiths are busy and have more than one job. So I just wanted to see how much longer it would be. During the call, I was told by a woman that’s usually in the store. If I had/knew her name, I would’ve definitely typed it in. But she tells me she’ll go check to see where the gunsmith was with my job and put me on hold. 10-15 mins goes past, I’m still on hold. So I decided to go to the store since it’s right down the street from my house. I get there and she’s just roaming around the store and says, “oh I forgot you were on the phone”. Long story short, my experience was terrible. Not only that, they charge $65 for sight installations, which I understand. Shops have their minimums. They also don’t offer military discount at all, at least not for me. I would advise others to stay away or maybe that was just my experience. Let Freedom Ring in Lacey charged me $30 to get sights put on and they offer military discount. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience than I did. Oh and once I got to the store (Private Sector Arms) my job seemed like it had been done. So yea, no type of communication and poor customer service.Thanks,Robert.
