Staff openly ignores you to play table top games at the register. They get annoyed with you for wanting help or to check out. Stood there waiting for 10 minutes while they played waiting for service. Afterward the girl with glasses assigned to the register went immediately back to her card game while I asked for a printed receipt and was again ignored. I finally had to snap my fingers in front of her to regain her attention. She instantly got defensive and said, "Wow nobody expects a receipt anymore that's too old school" while the guy she was playing with laughed right at me. Don't diss my age, I like receipts for returns and refunds because that is what adults do. Then I watched her ignore a kid that looked about 9 or 10 years old when he needed help with the game console station. She told him after a heavy sigh, "Honestly I thought some one your age would know how to push a button." Your staff sucks, your prices suck, your game stations are filthy and sticky and unhygienic, and half the time a chunk of them don't work or aren't even on. Neither me or my family will ever enter this place again.

I really love coming to this store, in fact, I come here everyday because the community is so nice and I feel as though I fit in perfectly. The store owner and the employees here are very helpful, amazing, and fun to be around! I strongly recommend paying a visit here if you're ever at the Capital Mall.

We have had 2 birthdays here for our son. He and his friends love it. Not all of them have X boxes at home so it was a treat. They play constantly over the phone, so it was special to see them all together. The staff was friendly and helpful. They engaged the kids in a trivia game with great questions and gave the kids game passes.

Cool gaming store. Got lots of board games and TTRPG books in stock. There was also a little party going on the video gaming area, and it seemed like everyone was having a lot of fun. I grabbed two mystery bags of gaming dice, and I was happy with the dice I pulled.

I like that this store exists. They stock products for miniatures and tabletop games. The staff was pleasant. I think I'll be stopping in the next time I'm in the area.

Kevin price gouged me on multiple items at least 150 dollars worth. Double priced cards that were ON SALE. Double priced me on playing. Constantly disconnects your controller when he's jealous your winning matches. Will try to mess with your games right after you pay to make you leave. Uncomfortable worn chairs, tvs too old for proper fps gaming also laggy internet. All around don't care for you or your buisness, same no care local buisness attitude.

I love this place. It started out as a gaming space but has grown into what I would consider a mini Olympic Cards and Comics. They sell all the correct card games, accessories, bored games, Warhammer, and fantasy models. The staff is also very friendly and always helpful. Oh and they have a space to play bored games, table top, and cards as well. So if you live in Olympia and don't want to drive to Gabi's. This is a great substitute when you need something closer.

The shop owner is a fantastic example of integrity, costumer care and service. Knowledge of inventory and much more. Remarkable how he seemed able to consciously observe and recall literally everything in his store. And the store it's self is welcoming and clean. If you like gaming, larp, d&d... Come to play live nation at Westfield shopping center in Olympia Washington.
