They have an amazing selection of items for all sorts of animals and the employees are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The person usually in the reptile section was super helpful with the purchase and care of my sister's ball python. And the aquatics section is the best I've ever seen. All the animals are happy and healthy in tanks suited to their needs. I love the aquatic plants for sale in that section too. The two people usually in that section are so polite and helpful for anything you might need. By far the best pet store I've ever seen!

When I got my pup from his previous family, I was told he’d had some issues with grooming which I let happy paws know of when I booked his first appointment. They said it shouldn’t be a problem and booked me with Ashley. She said she had no issues from him, gave him the cutest haircut and even got him to sit for a holiday photo on his first appointment! She’s been keeping up his cuts ever since, about 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! She did such a great job with not only his hair, but his prior issues were not a problem at all. He gets so excited when we get there now! Ashley also checks in every appointment to see if I want something different and does it perfectly. Thanks y’all!

Despite Covid and a severe staff shortage, they have tried very hard to meet the needs of existing clients. At this time, they are not accepting new but hope this will change ASAP so I can many more pets/owners their way. I love oly cats. They take great care of my cat. She's pretty scared of everything, but they always handle her with care. They have always cared more about what is best for my cat than making an extra buck. At first, I was put off by their new rule about charging before going, but sounds like they had no other choice because people did not show to their appointments. They are a trustworthy vet, in my opinion, highly recommend.

Dr. Braun takes the time to talk with us, discuss our concerns and discusses appropriate treatment. After he performed surgery on our dog he took the time to call us and give an update on her condition and the support staff followed up with how she was doing the following day. I can't say enough good things about the clinic.

Gosh, it was about 14 years ago now, but their kindness and love never left me.My Lucy was rescued from a puppy mill, she was a mom who'd been forced to breed far too much. She had a myriad of struggles and Dr. Bob walked me through them all.At one appointment, my POTS acted up, and I accidentally fainted while in the clinic. Vikki picked up my little 3 year old daughter and sang to her while I came to, brought me water and a muffin, and kept her calm. Meanwhile, Dr. Bob kept caring for Lucy.They made sure everyone was safe and taken care of.The awful day that I had to let Lucy go, Doctor Bob stayed with Lucy and I. I was unable to speak, and struggled to do anything other than rub her sweet ears and cry. He understood that and talked with her about the beautiful rainbow bridge it was time for her to cross. How there was a nice little stream with water that was good to drink and how there was lots of grass to play in. She could chase squirrels and the sun was always shining. He essentially walked her home with me. I still hear his voice comforting us, and when my soul aches for her, I remember where my Lucy girl is.He also was my kitty's doctor from the day I brought her home for 10 years. She's been around since before Lucy. She is still spry and healthy and I attribute that to her excellent health care for the first half of her life and the advice Dr. Bob gave me about proper kitty care. She's 17.5 years old.If I still lived in the state, Dr Bob would be the only vet I would ever use.He really truly loves the animals he helps. I'll never be able to thank them enough.

The staff are knowledgable about their cider varieties and eager to describe their highlights. Seating is in a small covered patio with just a few tables and dogs are welsome. Picnic tables in a clean area to sit and eat. Only two tables had umbrellas and it did sprinkle a little bit, but no problem since I was the only one there. It's a great place for a food truck. I could easily walk here from the Eastside or Bigelow neighborhoods.

You can tell that the volunteers truly care about giving the cats the best lives possible. I highly encourage anyone to support this organization and adopt from here! I’m so in love with the cat they helped me adopt!
Edit: I ended up adopting another cat from them a month later and I appreciated all the information they gave me about his personality. He’s adjusted so well to my home and keeps my other cat company. I had another great experience adopting from them!
