Long ago, our jeweler was Talcott’s. When they decided to close up shop we were delighted to know that Panowicz acquired not only their inventory, but key employees. It was a no-brainer to follow — and frequent — old friends. We feel just as at home with Panowicz as we ever did at Talcott’s, and that’s saying a lot. Susan is our friend from way back then, and all of the staff are wonderful folks.

I am really happy with my ring! We brought in a family brooch (diamond and gold) and needed some "hand holding" to decide on if the diamond had a future as a ring. Selena was fabulous. She was patient, skillful and a great idea person.

I have worked with Laurie at Panowicz twice. 7 years ago, I brought her my mother's diamond in an old setting to transform into a beautiful, unique, diamond and sapphire wedding ring. Recently, I wanted to add a band of sapphires. It was challenging, because of the shape of the ring and the smallness of my fingers. The results exceeded my expectations; the band compliments the ring perfectly. I love wearing this elegant ring! I really enjoyed working with Laurie. She is exceptionally positive, a very good listener, and always responsive. Laurie is a true artist - a jewel amongst the jewels at Panowicz!

After waiting many, many years, my mom gifted me her diamond engagement ring that I'd long admired. It was definitely not set in a style that brought me happiness, so I decided to take a leap and have it reset. My first thought was to visit Panowicz Jewelers because of their long-term commitment to our local community and their excellent reputation. I've bought a few small pieces of jewelry over the years with them so I was excited to entrust them with my treasured stone. I was SO lucky get to work with Shelbi who helped me create the most perfect ring with so many customizations. I cannot express how my entire experience far exceeded my expectations! Though I've only been wearing my ring for a short period of time, it's as if I've worn it my entire life because it's exactly what I've always wanted. Shelbi was a visionary! I'm so thankful that she helped create such a special piece of jewelry, and I will literally never forget how awesome she was. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and my ring was actually finished ahead of schedule. What?!! Yes, they're that good! Panowicz does not disappoint. I'm so happy with my perfect, beautiful, amazing ring. I rarely write reviews but this experience definitely deserved one. Laurie was so helpful and enthusiastic when I came in asking to look at wedding bars that would compliment my existing wedding ring. It’s a hallow style ring with a round garnet dented stone. Laurie cleaned my ring and then we had a fun half hour playing with all the possibilities.Her first suggestion ended up being my favorite but she let me play around with combinations and options to my hearts content.Laurie was so sweet and engaging. She supported my decision to think on my options. She remembered me when I came back weeks later with my final decision.I love this local business and will defiantly be coming for my future jewelry needs.

Best Service and Prices in Thurston County! Giving my wife a special gift is made EXTRA special by a Panowicz, they have an amazing selection of fine jewelry you don’t see at other places. When I was in high school, Panowicz replaced a watch battery for free and told me to come back when I needed an engagement ring. 25 years later, they’re still there for me! many precious things for anniversaries. When my wife’s ring was lost, they helped me with my insurance company as well as upgraded my wife’s diamomd. Their store is right across the street from the Olympia farmers market, next to a great coffee shop it’s fun just to go in and see all of the crazy cool stuff they have. I love these guys.

I brought my wedding set to them to get the 16 yr glow up as well as fix a missing stone and sizing. They did a fantastic job, spent lots of time figuring out solutions and really delivered. Shelbi was really helpful in particular. I very much recommend them for quality of work, customer service and overall value.
