In response to owner's comment: This was several years back, before you bought the company. That doesn't change the fact that the inventory you acquired should have been less 2 K tanks...MY K tanks. I'd be surprised if Wayne didn't remember our dispute. Before I moved to Thurson County I did business with you at Central Welding for about 10 years, give or take. Under account Running with Scissors, same account I used at Pacific when I moved to the area. If you still have records you can see when this incident occured as the last transaction I made was the day Wayne treated me like garbage. If not, I do have records i can show you.
I find it highly unlikely that anyone would bring up something like this after so many years unless it was the truth, so I hope you can see that I'm not making this up. My question for you is, are you going to make it right? Thanks.

These guys stole 2 of my oxygen bottles. I had been buying my oxygen from these guys for years and years. Established a good repor with Wayne, or I thought I did. I had been renting k tanks from them up to a point. Then borrowed two customer owned bottles from my friend Ivan. I went to exchange them. They were used to me trading in rentals, I did not notice that they took my customer owned bottles and gave me rentals. When I realized they had made a mistake I tried talking with them to get the problem fixed, and the way they treated me took a 180. All of a sudden they were complete jerks. They treated me like garbage. They told me that I gave them rentals when I most certainly did not. Mind you there were at least two occasions where I had 2 more rental bottles than they had me down for. Me being an honest guy I gave them back. You would think that would earn me some credit. But no. I felt like I had just been mugged and there was nothing I could do to get my items back. Sad, now I go to Airgas, a corporate conglomerate. But I just cant bring myself to do business again with the business that stole two of my K tanks. Buyers beware!

I had bought my metabo grinder here in January and the cord got cut recently. Jean was able to fix it and get it back to me the next day! Very helpful!

I drove all the way from Montesano to Lacey just to have Ben and Eric help me get some welding supplies earlier today. Not knowing exactly what i needed...they were able to ask me the right questions so i got the right atuff. These guys are super helpful and i highly recommend.

This place is always awesome. Product questions? They answer the phone or return your call and explain everything thoroughly. Forget your wallet? They let you pickup gas refills and call back with payment. Having problems with a machine you bought from them? They'll troubleshoot and make suggestions, and if the person who answers the phone can't help, they'll get you in touch with a tech. They are one of a few remaining businesses offering consistently excellent customer service.

Not only have I been to NINE welding or plumbing stores in thurston county and no one had helped me, this is the first store I came to that had the right piece but they also custom fit the piping piece to fit my unusual size tube for my Orion mpulse machine. I will recommend everyone to come here. I am beyond appreciative!

I'm just getting into welding and it can be a little intimidating as a newbie walking into a pro shop. The guy at the counter was welcoming, super friendly and helpful. Prices were good, too. I'll definitely come back!
