I recently visited Olympic Heights and when I arrived, the grounds were well maintained. All of the staff that I met was well dressed and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and showed me around the community. It was a great experience considering some of the other apartments in the area.

Pretty quiet apartment complex. In walking distance to all kinds of shopping and places to eat. Rent is resonable. Great place for adults and kids to find something to do

About Olympic Heights
We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Olympia, WA. Olympic Heights is conveniently located near the Westfield Shopping Center, Olympia Farmers Market, Hands On Children’s Museum, and the downtown waterfront. We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom townhomes with an attached garage. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring spacious floor plans, vinyl plank flooring, upgraded cabinetry, hard surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and full size washer/dryer. Our community clubhouse features a fitness center, outdoor seasonal pool, indoor year round jacuzzi, secured package and mail room, and racquetball court.
