Very helpful and pleasant people at the Harrison location office in Olympia WA.Stacey got me the right headgear and adjusted the fit to my head.She explained everything, very patient, cheerful and helpful.I do recommend this office for your CPAP equipment and supplies.

Friendly and responsive to needs in-store, but since their acquisition by AdaptHealth (and the inevitable outsourced services), actually getting into the shop can be a hassle. Calling local, listed number goes to a call center that takes 10 minutes or so to even figure out what location you're trying to receive services at. Tried scheduling an appointment to drop off a prescription a couple times over the phone to no avail before giving up and just showing up in person. Was told that AdaptHealth would be calling me to schedule an in-office appointment in about a week. A month of silence. Finally called to see if I perhaps had given them incorrect contact information. Nah. AdaptHealth just hadn't bothered to actually reach out to me after the clinic "referred me to intake."

I've had my new cpap for 3 months now and I had to change my mask as I was having air leakage. They were very helpful and are always pleasant. I'm so happy to be working with a company that cares about making sure my needs are met. Thank you!

12/21/2023Adapt Health does not deserve a 1 star rating. Avoid this company as they have predatory practices.They shipped 4 new masks of a type that was new to me. (No prefitment offered). They didn't work for me. Leaking... attempted to return the 3 unopened masks, but since it had been 5 weeks after the 10/21 ship date, they will not accept a return.Got me. Bad on me. I didn't get to the unboxing and fitment soon enough. We're all busy this time of year.On top of this, Adapt Health did not send filters in which I'm in dire need of and ordered.This company's service is garbage. Their return policy is garbage. Feels wonderful paying for 4 masks and a head set (full price-no deductible) for equipment I can't use.Will never do business again with Adapt Health. I strongly recommend that everyone steer clear of this predatory company.
