I recently bought a used car from Olympia Nissan, and I was very pleased with how everything went! Tomas and the rest of the team were professional, informative, and made sure the entire experience was hassle-free. It was such a relief to find a dealership where I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Terrible customer service. The salesman started out pleasant enough but when we started talking number he got super pushy and wouldn’t listen to what we needed. He couldn’t find anything in our price range and kept saying we’d need $5000 down to make a deal. When we said we’d go to another dealer he chuckled and said they won’t be able to do that. So glad he was wrong. They listened to us and made sure we were well taken care of. We are now enjoying our new vehicle NOT from Nissan of Olympia.

Jordan Inglin was amazing! He's the best cars salesperson that I have ever worked with. Oh, and that BEARD? Incredible! The rest of him is pretty easy on eyes too. ;) This guy was the absolute bees knees, the bomb diggity, the cats meow. If you're looking for a guy to sell you a car, while talking about fishing, batman and/or video games, he's your man.

I am a retired military with 21 years under my belt. I have purchased 15+ vehicles in my life and I have dealt with 15+ salesmen and dealerships. With that being said I expect professionalism, knowledge, truth, and clarity when purchasing a vehicle. I reached out to this dealership via phone call l and set my expectations for how I wanted my buying experience to be. I established that I didn't want hidden fees and that I wasn't interested in buying an extended warranty. I was greeted by the Sales Manager and he introduced me to my salesman Jordan Inglin. He gave me the pros and cons of every vehicle we were interested in and helped me make the right decision for my needs. He did not try to sell me the most expensive vehicle on the lot. We ended up purchasing the right vehicle, not the most expensive. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I couldn't recommend this dealership enough. Additionally, Chet Thompson is by far one of the best finance managers I have had the pleasure of working with. In spite of having to buy vehicles in different states from different brands, Olympia Nissan made the process stress-free and hassle-free. We will be coming back to service my new Titan. A++++++++++

"Wow, what an incredible experience at Nissan of Olympia! We just recently purchased a new car from this dealership and was blown away by the exceptional service and professionalism of the entire team.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated like family. My salesperson, James Gazori was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure We left with what we wanted !
The financing process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the expertise of Greg Carter in the finance department.
But what really impressed me was the attention to detail and care that the team showed throughout the entire process. They truly cared about finding me the right car and making sure I was happy with my purchase.
I've never had a better car-buying experience and I would highly recommend James G and the entire Nissan of Olympia to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Well, it was an oil change, oil filter, cabin filter service, then brake fluid service and something else that was needed to keep my car running. I’m grateful for the personnel that work at Nissan, especially my service advisors, like Mrs Hailey Newman. They are all great people and professional.

This company appears to have a very loose understanding of ethics and how individuals should be treated. After marking online that I did not wish to be contacted, I received an email and multiple phone calls. After communicating to them that I did not wish to be disturbed. One of their salesmen proceeded to send me multiple texts, including religious solicitation/ harassment..
