I was very pleased with my Nissan Rogue purchase! I was greeted by Chris Woodruff with a nice warm welcoming. He answered all the questions, concerns, and topics I had. It wasn't until Chris and I took the Nissan Rogue on a test drive that I really knew this was the car for me. He made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable. He related to me and was honest about all the details of the car. He was a very nice man, I'm thankful he was the one to greet me at the door and really sell me the Rogue. (Awesome car btw). I also wanted to give a big thank you to Chet. He guided me through the financial process and went over everything clearly and easily in detail. Chet has a brilliant way of going over everything so you can understand while being quick and efficient. They both made me feel more like a friend than a customer! I will also add that they worked with me on getting me a wonderful interest rate.. 2.9%!! Thank YOU Nissan!!

Came here to resolve a recall issue and to take advantage of the coupon they emailed me for a free synthetic oil change just for coming in to address the recall. Their waiting area has a fridge with bottled water, a coffee machine, snacks, and free wifi so instead of taking the free shuttle to the mall, I just hung out there and streamed a movie on my iPad. When I got the car back, it was washed and vacuumed. Austin Kale did a great job keeping me updated. Now I want to get all of my cars serviced there. Excellent work Olympia Nissan.

Amazing service and people! Came in for a service and they got me in right away, when I bought my car it was the least amount of time I've ever spent at a dealership waiting around. They are amazing!

We purchased a 2021 Nissan Frontier from Seth & James and we couldn't be happier. They are so friendly and courteous. No high pressure sales there!! Definitely recommend them.

Here I am again to tell you to avoid Olympia Nissan. Took my 2022 Nissan Kicks for a diagnostic to address loud road noise. My husband (a certified diesel mechanic for the past ten years) thought it was a door or window seal. Asked Nissan to take a look since I pay for their warranty. I told my husband I could not stand dealing with these people, so he graciously took the car in for me. Hailey (a service manager I think?) said she would call throughout the day and we kept getting different information and no calls. First, they said "it's your window seals and we'll replace them". Great! For once I'm happy here. Then we evolve to "Nissan is probably going to recall the window seals on the Kicks so you should wait til then".. well no. That's not what I want. It's an obvious issue so fix it, seems logical? Too much logic for these people. Also, my warranty ends next month so seems like they just want to rip me off here. Also, when THEY sold this car to me, they failed to mention the instrument cluster was still Canadian, which we've tried to address with them multiple times (but it's not covered under my warranty- of course). Hailey so kindly reminded us that the car is Canadian... like we didn't already know and pitch a damn fit about it to you guys? Then tries to imply that we tried to black out the "KM" on the dash... why would I do that and how does one do that? If anyone did that, it would be you Olympia Nissan. So, no window seals are being replaced because apparently "they're out of stock" since we spoke a couple hours ago and Nissan has absolutely zero idea when they will ever be available again, but they'll call me if it happens. YAY. Husband goes to pick up the car and Bruce gives him the wrong keys and paperwork and says "have a nice day". Guess we could have walked off with someone's Nissan Rogue. Sloppy work all around, all the time. They lie and tell you they'll fix something then tell you something else. Get a grip on your establishment, Olympia Nissan. Oh, and your courtesy follow-up call to this review is pointless. Don't bother with me unless you're going to fix the shit you said you would.

Bruce and the guys should be ashamed of themselves. I received the estimate yesterday for my wife's Nissan, which needed a simple gas cap door latch replacement, as it wasn't shutting the gas cap door over the gas cap. A $200 diagnostic and a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR part for a latch for a gas door? COME ON. And then you said she needs all four new tires and so the quote was a cool $1300. Just SICK and DEPRAVED. I checked her tires and two of them are just fine with enough tread on them to last a while. She CERTAINLY doesn't need all four. Be that as it may, what an utterly wasteful trip and amount of time to find out that you were prepared to commit highway robbery against my wife for a simple gas door latch. DESPICABLE. Then we get an email from them thanking us for our loyalty. The diagnostic fee of $200 was NOT announced beforehand, and this was just SICK.

Thank you Oly Nissan. I couldn't be happier with my Titan. The truck has been much more capable than I had thought. The month I have owned it has been very satisfying. The quality of the truck exceeds my experiences with Ford and Chevy. The service department has been very efficient and helpful getting me through my additions and services. I have been trusting your dealership since 2008 when we purchased a new Sentra. Since then, new 2012 Rogue, new 2018 Frontier pro 4X, a new 2022 Rogue and now my Titan. All the vehicles were dependable and didn't have any issues the entire time we owned them.

I bought a Nissian Truck from the dealership and I am very happy with the service and speed to get the sale done. They worked at my pace and we're flexible with mine & my husbands work schedules. If I need another bed hike I will go here 1st!

Spent the time to call and make an appt for a transmission flush. I talked to a guy FROM the services department and talked to him about what was going on. He said great come on in and we can help you. Made an appt for my day off and took the car there. Walked in and checked in and the guy asked what I needed. So I explained again and he said "I'm not doing that, it's going to make it worse". I can run a diagnostic to see if there's something else going on but it's going to take three and a half hours. " I was told my apt was going to take no more than 2 hours. I felt like this guy was trying to get us out the door asap. Horrible customer service and will not be returning.

I really should have read the reviews before going to Olympia Nissan (BRUCE TITUS). I thought, what could possibly go wrong with a buyer's inspection on a Dodge. EVERYTHING when dealing with them. They first quoted me $170 for the inspection, however, that was not the truth. It actually costs $170 plus $17 for shop supplies. Second, the inspection consists of only the bare minimum. Meaning, they don't check spark plugs, electrical components, wires, etc. They put on the report "no codes found." However, 4 Trouble Codes were found after I purchased the OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter ($59) and an Appcar DiagFCA account ($49) to run a diagnostic myself. Two of the four codes were cleared shortly before I purchased the vehicle and the other two codes were permanent. Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) were cleared roughly 15 miles before I purchased the car. Now, if I was able to read that information from my DTC test then how come they couldn't. To this day, they have not given me a copy of the report that shows no codes were found. Not only that, but motor mounts are badly worn. That $1600 problem was not mentioned in my buyers inspection report. How can you miss that problem and a bad muffler all during the same inspection. These people are God awful! I only went there because ALL other Dodge service centers were booked out a month or longer. I paid $204 for nothing because the $13,000 car is now in the shop with $5,000 in needed repairs 6 days after purchasing it. You're better off getting the same or better inspection for less at Firestone. Go anywhere but here, they are dishonest. By the way, I purchased the car July 1 from their just as bad relative Olympia Jeep. Both companies are part of BRUCE TITUS! I suggest you run your own diagnostic on a used vehicle. Take it for a test drive, pull over somewhere, plug in your adapter and read that vehicle's computer system before taking it back and buying the car. This will save a lot of time, money and a lawsuits in the future. I believe BRUCE TUTUS defrauded me during the inspection by not revealing DTCs for which I paid $204 to receive.

I am really disappointed and discouraged by our experience. I spent over 4 hours of driving to visit Olympia Nissan based on information provided by Internet Manager about possible trade-in range and the ability to order a car. Instead of $5-6k range indicated for trade-in, we were offered $3k, which was lower than other dealerships and even with initial lower price on new car, was a worst deal. It wasn't even at the $3.8k KBB minimum even though car was in great shape and the owner of another dealership said it was the nicest he had seen of that model/year/mileage and was sold by them for over 3x that value. Even though Internet Manager indicated we could order a car, we were informed once there the dealership had reached its allocation for orders and couldn't order. We were then told even if we could order, instead of the 3-6 months indicated, would likely be a year out and that the rosewood color was on hold for what the salesperson suggested might be "paint issues." He then offered silver one that could be obtained from Oregon. Even though we worked with senior sales manager, we found challenges getting our questions answered on basic options, buying options/pricing and felt almost a lack of interest in selling a car. I was asking for honesty to help my mother-in-law due to drive/time factor and instead was lured in by lots of false information. This was a frustrating and negative experience and I recommend steering clear of this dealership.

Love my new car. however...the dealership needs some fixing. my credit score was ruined by them...because they wouldn't wait for me to go to my bank and get a check..which is how my bank does it. They tried several diff banks to get me financed, they did this without my knowledge or request. They had to wait any ways because I had to go to the bank and get a new check for them. Then the guy doing my finalizing paperwork for the car lied....about some warranty I told him I didn't want. then he said the finance company was covering the cost...but the cost of the car went up $4000, which I refused to sign for. Being dishonest in business is NOT a good thing. Trying to force someone to buy something is disgusting. I don't recommend them as for as their ethics go. They did however drive my car back to federal way wa for me...because I'd rented a car to drive down to olympia and had to take it back.

Spent an entire day making multiple calls to Nissan to get an update on the diagnosis, but all the calls went unanswered. Eventually got a call answered by a receptionist, who said she'd check with the service dept. but no one from the service dept. actually spoke to me. Then, after picking up my car the next day, I discovered two caps missing from AC line. When I called about it, was told by Jenna, the service mgr, "the tech said they should still be sitting off to the side where he set them..." I thought, no, they should have been screwed back on. They were lost on the 20-mile drive home. Got a text from Jenna saying, "I have new ones for you." I didn't feel I should have to make a 40-mile round trip for their mistake so I asked to have them sent to me. Five days passed with no response. I called on the 6th day to asked if they were sending them. Was told they can't because they didn't know what size I needed. This after the manager said, "I HAVE NEW ONES FOR YOU." Terrible customer service! Terrible attitude!

Omg, I have always had the best time when I come to this dealership. Everyone from Lindsey, Austin and my salesman Jordan are so F***ing incredible! I came in to get my transmission fixed initially. Turned out my car was basically on her last legs, so I said, "Fuck it I'm getting a new car today I guess". They had me "in and out". As fast as selling a car goes you know xD. I come in for free car washes and oil changes when I need to. I love it because it's such a family feel and you really get to start knowing everyone if you start asking. Thank you Olympia Nissan :D

They promised a loaner twice didn't have it either time. The fixed the radar while under warranty it went off warranty a few months later and thy said the work wasn't covered I'd have to pay. Won't buy from them or use them again.
