Simple, got a one-person tent and a small, cheap sleeping bag. The person at the counter greeted me right away and tried assessing what I needed. Pointed me directly to options they thought would work best, I bought their first choice and left.

What a pleasure to shop in a store where the sales guy (owner?) knows the products and can provide good practical advice. What a shame that the store is located in such a ratty area of downtown.
