I took my jeep in with a clear idea of what was wrong with it. They checked and the "tech" told me it was a software update issue and he fixed it, they charged over $200 and the next day it threw the same code and stopped in the middle of the street. I had to take it to another dealership and they told me it was exactly what I had said it was. When I called they informed me I was wrong and it would take another diagnostic charge for them to look at it. Don't go here unless you are under warranty.

I can not say enough how great I am to trade in my suburu into a jeep! Michael was my sales rep. He was very friendly from the beginning when I was looking at the vehicle I wanted. He answered every single question and even answered questions that didn’t pertain to the vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even checked up on me after my sales. Shawn also helped me and was understanding when it came to my budget. So I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who wants a new car or enter the jeep family! ✨I also got my first duck!

My gosh where do I start. The salesman that worked with me is RC and he is amazing. To say the least. He communicates very well. Only showed me cars that he knew I’d be comfortable with (and I was very particular) He showed me vehicles that fit my families needs and my personality which is great. It was so nice how he was able to make what could have been a stressful experience into a relaxing one. I’m excited for when my son is driving age so we can pay a visit to RC and he can go on his own jeep adventures ???

I went to Olympia Nissan for an offer on my vehicle, only to be sent to Olympia Jeep without any explanation. I'm giving 1 star because if the offer was with Nissan, there was no reason to waste my time by redirecting me. I drove 38 minutes just to be told they weren't interested in my vehicle because it 'didn't sound like other similar vehicles.' This was a complete waste of my time and gas. Thanks, Paris and used car guy at Jeep.

Literally the worst service dept. in a dealership I have ever been to. We have a fleet of Dodge products. From not being able to reach anyone in their service dept. To not having voicemails returned for 3 days. Bringing the same truck in 3 separate times for the same sensor issue. Not being told a warranty part had been in and ready to install for weeks. To being told We can bring a vehicle in and they will work it into their schedule only to tell us to take the vehicle back that day because they can’t prioritize time efficiently. These guys are the worst!

It's never easy purchasing a vehicle sight unseen from almost 3000 miles away, but the sales team at Olympia Chrysler Jeep worked together to make it a transparent and pleasant experience.
Due to the nature of this type of purchase, I needed to rely on detailed pictures of the vehicle, descriptions of any notable scratches, dents or marks on the exterior, and any stains or wear in the interior. I also requested that the vehicle be test driven, inspected and detailed so I could make an informed decision before purchasing.
This is a busy Dealership, and consequently I had numerous people involved due to each of them having other customer commitments, managerial responsibilities and having their normal days off. The two Sales Managers Michael Perram and Shawn Groves, both stepped in whenever necessary to answer any questions when needed. Sales Representative Michael Ellis did an excellent job of taking detailed pictures of the vehicle for me before the purchase, and later when it was being loaded on the transport for delivery. Finance Manager Don Wellner handled all the paperwork like a pro and had all the documents overnighted to me for signature.
Undoubtedly, the person that made this purchase such an enjoyable experience for me was Monique (Mo) Robino my Internet Sales Representative. Mo consistently went out of her way to call me on a regular basis to make sure all my questions had been answered, and to assure me everything I asked for was being attended to on a timely and thorough basis. Her communication skills are superb, and her attentiveness to detail is remarkable...but what sets her apart in my opinion, is that she truly cares...about both the customer and about the reputation of the Dealership.
Olympia Chrysler Jeep and the Bruce Titus Automotive Group is fortunate to have a representative of this caliber on their team.

New customer to Olympia Jeep, but will happily return. In my search for the just right jeep, Tyler W. was there to answer my questions and help as needed. The team wasn't pushy, gave me what I consider a great deal and made it an easy transaction. Tyler G. Made the paperwork and finance part so smooth. He explained everything in depth, and even made some great suggestions to help. Thank you so much for assisting me.

Just sharing my experience from about 30mins ago. I had my jeep dropped off after hours via tow. All day today we only we received two pieces of communication. First wondering WHERE my jeep is and two payment for diagnostic. So all day I waited for a phone call. At 16:00 I called wondering what the update was. First I spoke to a general tech saying they can’t get to it until Thursday or Friday.i was FINE with this information and I only asked the tech in general WHY hasn’t anyone called? Apparently that was a really tough question and he just patched over to the Service manager Jeremy. This “man” was VERY RUDE, loved to speak over me and gave the basic “ I’m sorry for your frustration” statement. Then tried to place blame asking if I had an appointment ( of course not cause it was emergency tow drop off ). Then Jeremy tried to place blame or deflect to a woman employee who has NO CONNECTION to any of this cause it’s her day off.
Of course, this female employee for appointments idk the name of wouldn’t know of the situation because a the car was dropped off after hours and she’s off today so she would not have any connection to this experience. I am upset not of the mechanical work but sheer lack of customer service and woman blaming. I don’t think we will be going here anymore after today, we’ve been coming here and only getting our Jeep serviced here but after being “ dismissed, blamed, talked over and him woman blaming for someone who has NO connection to this”, I’m over it. ? I will be escalating this.

The first time I had to take my Jeep in was for a few recalls. There were a lot of people in line so I had to wait a few months. Totally understandable. Did I get a rental or something for the few days that they had my vehicle (for things that was Jeep’s fault hence the recall)? Nope. The second time was a tricky issue but I still got to pay Jeep a lot of money to drive my car around, only to not be able to replicate the problem and waste my gas. Then they wanted to charge more money to diagnose a problem that required a part that costs on average about 30 bucks from my research. But they wanted about $400. So I passed on that. They are very nice but obviously are there to make money, not care about their faulty vehicles. I won’t be back if I can help it and when this car finally takes a dump, I will not buy another Jeep.
TLDR: Charged me $500 to fix nothing. Go somewhere else.

Our experience was exceptional. Michael Ellis the salesman listened to our needs and wants and met them quickly with available cars in our price range. Tyler Griffin, the finance manager informed us of warranty options but did not pressure us to buy more than we needed. Both were considerate, knowledgeable and very nice people. As I said, exceptional experience.

I sold my 4Runner at Olympia Nissan/Jeep. Paris Antonelli contacted me by phone asked for photos, mileage, and particulars of the car. An offer was made the same day. I drove the car to the dealership and she had all the paperwork ready to go. Purchased my 4Runner at price she said she would. Other dealers who indicated they were interested never even bothered contacting me after initial inquiry. Props to Paris and her dealership standing by their word.
