Amenities include WiFi, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a basketball court, a playground, a billiards table, and a DVD lending library. There is a campground store, a basic convenience store, and fuel and propane service right on site. Facilities are clean, with bathrooms and showers cleaned daily and hot water. There is a laundry room with great prices. Overnight security is present and described as fantastic, contributing to a safe and calm environment. The owners and staff are friendly, kind, extremely helpful, and social. Many guests note a wonderful, welcoming community where people are respectful and inclusive, often leaving feeling like they have a new family.
