I can't recommend this place at all. While they had my truck somebody broke in and tried to steal it.They made a half assed attempt to fix the damage, but failed. What makes me mad is they never contacted me about the damage.Even when I went to pick it up. Nothing was said.I ended up going somewhere else that I trusted to fix the damaged steering column. Olympia Autobody said they would fix the broken wing window on them ( several times) , but when I took the truck in to let them fix this part they said they knew about the insurance claim and demanded money to fix the window.Too shady

No communication. It took 2 1/2 months for repairs. I had to call for any updates.

This shop was very fair to me. I had a little thing to take care of, Dennis gave me an option for fixing it myself. I ended up going with the shop doing the work, and the price paid was what the price quoted, which was reasonable. Dennis also explained the pricing for getting body work/a paint job. I appreciate the time he took even when he knew there was no way I could go that route. If I ever play the lottery and win, I will go here because of Dennis's helpful and friendly interaction.UPDATE - 05/04/2023 7:30AMI did a quick consultation with Tracy about a minor issue I had with a door not seating properly when closed. Tracy was very helpful and told me exactly how to address the issue myself. I would have spent the money if I had needed to, but Tracy kindly took the time to check the issue out and show me the fix. Thank you again, Olympia Autobody!Service: Body & Trim

They are very efficient and friendly. They had my car done in 2 weeks rather than the month quoted.

Oly Auto was very professional from their estimate, to the work performed, to the amount of time they got it done. It was also a breeze working with the insurance company and the rental car company. I when my truck was done, I simple just dropped off my rental car with them, and drove home in my truck. I would highly recommend.

I had a small repair performed on my Mercedes. Olympia Autobody got the part quickly, set up the repair appointment, and did the work in record time for something that would have taken weeks at The dealership. At a time when businesses are struggling with labor shortages and employee absences, these folks are A++!

I had somebody cause damage to my bumper and I needed to get a quote for insurance and reimbursement purposes. These guys were very quick to respond and then we're able to take care of my needs within a day or two. They're in a really nice area of downtown Olympia and I highly recommend them. They seemed very straightforward and honest.

Took my car to this business after getting into an accident. They said they could do the repair and it would take 1-2 weeks. The repair ended up taking months as I had to bring the car back 5 times. They forgot to paint pieces, the pieces that they did paint had fresh scratches on them, they damaged my car in the process of their repair which resulted in them repairing it even more. Their hours of operation are only 8 to 5 so it was incredibly difficult to go there after 5 and find anybody. I would pick up my car, find stuff that they hadn't done and I would have to bring it back the next day. All in all I had to bring the car back 10 times. They did eventually fix it all, but their initial estimate was just plain wrong. I would not recommend taking your car to this business. Even today I am finding parts that they did not paint, or pieces that were put on wrong. Worst autobody in Thurston County!

Not impressed. At all. I’ll never trust my vehicle repair to them again.

I would not recommend this place. I got a quote here and at the place my insurance recommended. I chose them because they seemed very honest and flexible and not all corporate like the other place. But first they kept my car for a week without doing anything other than removing the bumper because when removed they saw more damage (as expected) and emailed the wrong person at my insurance company (who was on vacation) to get approval, and when they did not get an answer did nothing. It took my pushing and calling my insurance to get that unstuck. Then they worked on it for 8 business days. When I went to pay I brought up my deductible (being an honest person) and was told "no you don't have to pay it". Literally by the time I had driven 1 mile home a red light came on saying: Engine warning. Pull over to safe place. Do not drive" I called back to the shop immediately. The receptionist said "Oh, they probably just did not hit a reset button but I will check on this and call you back in the morning". (It was 5pm.) However, I did not get called back in the morning. I called literally as I was leaving town and was told she "forgot". I asked her to call and leave a message about what needed to happen. By the time I got back in cell phone range it was the weekend( ie they were closed) and I found that she had given this to my estimator who simply said on the VM "Oh, I was told to call you because something is wrong." So the ball was again dropped. When I got back in town and started from scratch with the estimator she called the dealer and then told me this was serious error message, and it would have to go there to be diagnosed for what was wrong. I asked "should I have it be towed" They told me "No, that they were sure the dealer would have said so if necessary." Well I did not think that followed and called the dealer myself to ask. They emphatically said that with that error message I was not suppose to drive it and to have it towed. In the end the dealer found that they have removed the engine transmission fluid while working on the car but had not replaced it! By the time I got it back to the dealer I had literally not had my car for 3 weeks for what should have been 8 days away. To their credit they did pay for the tow and the work at the dealer. The frosting on the cake was that then I get a phone call saying I do indeed owe my deductible and that I had been told the wrong thing because the paper work was done wrong. So you know 3 different employees were not paying attention to their work. Yep go somewhere else.

I like to spend my money with local small businesses whenever possible, so after I hit a raccoon on the freeway I called around to collision centers. From the beginning they were phenomenal. The receptionist lady magnificent. The quote was much cheaper than the other 2 and they not only fixed the entire front end and air conditioning to brand new on our Mazda 5, but they even vacuumed out the inside of the car and washed it. In addition they finished 2 days earlier than expected. Hopefully I never need to use another collusion center, but if I do they’re always going to get our business. Thanks a lot guys.Services: Electrical

Great customer service and they were able to perfectly match the paint code and paint a plastic cover for a brand new car

Highly recommended. Excellent service and quality. They found some additional issues during the repair and worked with my insurance company, so all I paid was my deductible. They handled my rental car so I could just drop it off at the shop and didn't even need a ride.
