I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Paul, and highly recommend working with him. I financed through a small local credit union, so between the first snow of the year and the MLK holiday weekend, it took a week from me coming in to test drive the car to coming back with the check--Paul was incredibly patient and didn't sell the car out from under me, which says a lot about him. No stress, no pressure, and a great price on an excellent car. Buy here, buy here, buy here!

I hate shopping for cars but here its just one guy (whose been in the biz 25 years) with a small lot, so youre not overwhelmed by options or high pressure sales people. If theres a car you have in mind, he goes to auctions every week and can find it for you. Coordinating between my bank and OAS was easy. Very happy with my car.

Paul's friendliness, patience and easy going personality make buying from Auto Source by far the best experience we've had purchasing a car. Although this last time we had to purchase elsewhere (the terms of our loan limited make/year/car type) Paul was very helpful as we test drove a couple cars on the lot. We have purchased from him before though and had a fantastic experience. Auto Source is definitely a hidden gem!

I was not looking forward to the stress of shopping for a good used car at an affordable price. I specifically dreaded the thought of spending my days off touring the massive car lots at the big dealerships. Lucky for me, I dropped into this little car lot right in the middle of downtown. I had driven past this place a million times so I thought I'd give it a quick look. After we perused the lot, we went into the little office to ask a few questions. Paul, the owner, was super friendly, laid-back and very helpful. I wound up buying the first vehicle I test drove, a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, It is a beautiful car and very reasonable priced. All of the cars on the lot looked good and seemed like a solid deal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car at a good price. Paul is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, fair and honest. It actually was a pleasure doing business with him!

My parents recently totaled an old car, so we decided to get a replacement from here. The buying experience great, 5 stars for that. No pushy sales people, as the sales person was extremely helpful, so certainly 5 stars for customer service. At this point, you may be wondering, why did I give a 2 star rating? The answer to that is product quality. We paid $5600 sticker price for a 2008 Prius with 132k miles. They were even kind enough to give us a $200 discount off of the original $5800 sticker price. The car came with a 500 mile warranty, where the dealership would pay for 50% for any repairs. So we bought the car being fully aware of this limited warranty. 3 weeks after buying the car, the battery went out. The cost of repair was $2,700. The dealership was kind enough to pay for 50% of the costs, despite our warranty expiring (we hit 600 miles). Once again, they have 5 stars for customer service. At this point our total cost for the car was $7.8k (5.6k sticker, 800 for taxes and fees, 1.4k for battery). About a month later we started having more problems. This time we were told that a few belts needed to be replaced , and the cost was going to be around $2-3k. In other words, if we repaired the car, the total cost would be nearly $11k for the car if we included the original purchase. The book value of the car was only around $8k. At this rate, we were running into about $2,000 worth of required repairs EVERY month for a $6.4k car. It just wasn't worth it. So we decided to park the car, and are now shopping for a brand new Corolla from the Toyota dealership. That is why I am giving 1 star for product quality. Was the customer service good? Absolutely Was the dealership helpful and transparent about warranties? Absolutely Was the the product good? Absolutely not. I understand that the dealership is not obligated to do anything beyond the warranty, which is the case for the car we bought. However, I believe that businesses should uphold a certain bar of quality on the products they sell. We live in an era where product quality is paramount for customer acquisition and retention. With that said, I don't intend to ever buy from this lot again, nor would I ever recommend anyone else to do so. Nothing against the owners. They provided great customer service. But great customer service will not offset a highly defective product that my parents are left to deal with.
