Even though I wasn't able to get what I needed they were very helpful and they had a full stock on their floor of what looks to be exciting inventory in regards to appliances and they were very knowledgeable at the counter and helping us exactly with what we needed answered.

Our dishwasher went out, so we originally ran to Lowe’s that night. We weren’t going to be able to get the one we wanted for several weeks. The next day, my husband found McKinney Appliances through the GE website. He called ahead to see if they had what they wanted in stock. They did, and we were able to go pick it up the same day, for the same sale price as Lowe’s. The customer service was excellent and we even got a follow up call a few days later to see how we liked it. McKinney’s will be our go to for appliances from now on.

From start to finish, they gave us the best service. From the sales team in store to the guys that delivered and set it up. Just a great home appliance purchase ever. Picked out our washer and dryer Saturday morning and was delivered the following Thursday. You cannot get that type of service from the big box stores. I highly recommend Mckinney's Appliance's!

They are an excellent company. Unlike the box stores, they carry in-stock appliances. We bought a dryer and had it loaded in about 20 minutes.

We will only buy appliances now from Mckinney's. It's stressful when an appliance quits working, but shopping locally with them, the appliance is replaced in a few days, not weeks. Extremely knowledgeable team!

Had a refrigerator fail on Sunday April 28th of 2024. Called the store on Monday the 29th and was told the warranty was 1 year, parts and labor. I told him my receipt was dated 4/28/23 but they were closed on Sunday. He said sorry, 1 year period.

Unfortunately, my washing machine nightmare got worse once I bought a machine from McKinney's. Went in on 3/20/24 and purchased a washing machine sold to me, that at very least should have worked, for the sale price of $699. Rearranged our day to haul it ourselves and install. First load and this thing is garbage. Dash doesn't work, does not lock etc. All of that would be fine but the response I get from employee is "since you hauled it, they can't come and get it" So, now I have to haul BACK a broken $699 washing machine, deal with soaked clothes again, to get a refund. I expected better from a local company but have learned that lesson and hope that others do not experience this. If an effort was made to pick up this faulty machine they sold me, I would have gladly considered exchanging and working with them again. I will pay a few hundred more and give our money to another company. We are a family owned business ourselves and would jump through hoops if we sold a product that did not work. McKinney's will not. You can get the same mediocre service anywhere else. So disappointed.
