Jeremy B asked me to call. On 4/21 I did call but unfortunately got the wrong Jeremy. They said the general manager would call me back, but he did not. Called back yesterday and was told Jeremy B was at the Puyallup dealership and gave me the number 253-642-0416. I called it twice and both times after a few rings the line went dead. Still have not heard from or talked with Jeremy B.

I was disappointed, although not surprised, that the salesman immediately got on the internet, went to kbb.com to get a wholesale value for my car without even looking at the car. As you can imagine I was a bit disappointed that they didn't seem to be overly anxious to make a deal on the car. The salesman did check the inventory at the several other stores they own, and told me there was nothing in my price range. He also went into another office and came back in a couple of minutes to tell me there was nothing available in my price range. So, when I got home I checked the KBB value of their car, a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel with 183,000 miles, and imagine my surprise that retail value from a dealer is routinely $11,846 versus their asking price of $19,888, and a trade-in value of $6,788. Apparently, they feel that a profit of over $12,000 is necessary to stay in business. The salesman told me that the previous owner of this Dodge Ram was a little old lady that they had to go pick up and drive her and the truck back to make the deal. I guess what I expected, since I used to sell new and used cars in Boise, was an attempt on their part to try to work a deal. Given their attitude about my car I assume that the little old lady that owned the truck got less than $7,000 for her truck I looked at. My dealership would have tried to work something out, eating some of that negative equity in my vehicle, especially for a repeat customer. I know that this dealership worked very hard to make a deal on the MDX that they sold me in 2017. If you don't mind outrageous markups and profit margins, then I guess they are about the same as any other dealer, but not worth the effort to drive more than a few blocks to look at their inventory. They are basically a rubber stamp of just about every dealer I've ever tried to do business with. I was also unimpressed with the inventory they had on the lot. It seemed that the majority of the inventory is Mazda.

Worked with Jim, and overall experience was very positive. They had competitive pricing on a 2019 CPO CX5, which brought me in initially. Be sure to inspect the car for anything you don't like(both inside and out). There may be some issues on used cars(as you'd expect) initially, but it seems like anything you you bring up, they will fix. At one point I asked them about something potentially scraped on the underside of the car. Immediately they put the car on a lift and we got to take a look together and work through the problem. The same happened with me pointing out some dirty spots inside the car. Overall very positive experience, and would recommend. (Also the low sales tax versus other dealers around seattle is a plus).

These folks took exceptional care of us today. We are traveling through from California and had to have our car serviced on Saturday, due to a check engine light coming on. They got us in right away, and trouble shot everything quickly and easily, even gifting us a free car wash. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you Olympia Mazda!

This dealership was wonderful! Very responsive after my first inquiry and even took a video to send me before I came in. Greg was phenomenal and very easy to talk to, he explained everything very well and I felt no pressure from him to buy. Alan in finance did a wonderful job too, he made the finance part fly by and also explained everything very well! All around this place was terrific and I had a great experience, I felt no uncomfortable pressure throughout the whole process.

Overall, a very pleasant buying experience with the internet manager and two other reps (sorry, can't remember names). Other than a slight issue on final price, they made the process simple and efficient. The finance guy tried to sell me GAP insurance, telling me that USAA, my insurance company didn't offer it. They did, of course for less than the dealer. Still going to give the dealer 5 stars as I would buy another car from them in the future

First time car buyer. People always talk about how car salesman will try to milk you for your money and it's never a pleasurable experience. But all I have to say is my first time purchasing a car, I felt so taken care of. Marcus, the manager of this dealership actually helped me out because they were short staffed and I'm so glad he did. He was so friendly and personable and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I was on a budget and made sure I received my first car of my dreams. He also helped me get my insurance figured out as I was bawling because I was scared I was going to leave the lot empty handed. This was such a scary and stressful huge purchase for me but I felt taken care of.

I bought a pre owned car from here and they didn't have the courtesy to clean the inside of my car. I didn't realize how dirty the interior of my car was until I got home. It had some rustic, orange stains on the visor. It was dusty inside, the backseats had some white dusty powder and the carpets were dirty as well. It was too much for me to drive back and request a detailing. Hopefully this is not a habit.

I hope my feedback changes but for the time being, it is this: DO NOT buy your car from the owner of this business (who owns Mazda of South Tacoma as well, among others). Here's why: I bought a brand new Mazda on 9/28, and upon delivery discovered that the car was filthy on the outside and had grease stains throughout the cabin from where the salesman put his hands during the tutorial. The dude was a mess - food on his shirt, his beard and eventually...on my car. The dealership's solution? For ME to take it to a car wash. No, really. In addition, there was a 2-3in scratch plain as day on my passenger quarter panel. To the sales manager's credit, he arranged to make an attempt at buffing it out on 9/30 (he also had the interior cleaned up). It got better, but the scratch remains visible (a fact for which the sales manager agreed). At this point, I was given one option, to return a week later and leave my car for another day long attempt at buffing it out. I explained that I could not afford additional time loss and asked for a monetary credit, though rather than asking for cash, I gave the dealership the opportunity to put this matter to rest with a gift card to their own service department for future oil changes, etc. I feel that this was certainly more reasonable than I had to be. In a supreme failure of customer service 101, the sales manager refused to entertain this proposal. Going to so far as to, along with the GM and owner, ignore my attempts to contact them. Instead, the sales manager blamed the issues on the fact that I bought the car days after a change in ownership and that the previous owner wasn't prepared to do anything about it while the future owner was only willing to go so far because it didn't happen on his watch. Now, this would be a fair counterpoint IF I was warned about the ownership change before buying the car. Unsurprisingly, I was not, for no other reason than greed on the part of this business. I experienced nothing short of condescension, negligence, and dishonest business practices. I am left to resent my vehicle every time I get into it while they play another round of golf at my expense. Oh, and this only after I explained that I was begrudgingly buying a car as mine was totaled. It's getting less and less difficult to imagine a world where people are so incredibly unable to show their ability to give a damn.

They rip people off and leave you with no car for weeks. Obviously they don't want life long customers.
