My daughter and I made our first and last stop at this store. We were greeted by a sales person named "Hannah"
she aked my daughter what type of mattress she was looking for, and she listened ! So we bought a mattress fir my daughter. Free delivery, and I told her how much a appreciated her and my hubby and I will probably look her up ! The manager "shelly" helped in any way she could as training. Great crew.

We appreciated the process our Sleep Expert, Roy, went through to help us find the perfect mattress for us. He didn’t just tell us to wander around the store and try out different mattresses, he spent time asking us questions about our sleeping habits, narrowing the choices down to just a few. He patiently waited while I tested them out many times before making a decision. We’ve had it for 2 nights and we already love it. Thanks, Roy!

Went there to find a specific pillow that would help me with problems with my spine and neck. Roy showed me a pillow that he says may help. So he showed me a Coconut Bliss Pillow. So I ordered one and will give it a try. It felt great when I tried it at the store. Will have to let you know how it goes. The staff was very helpful, polite, and respectful in my needs. I have bought mattress and pillows there before and was satisfied with their business. ?

I purchased a mattress this Summer on Amazon, thinking I could get a high quality firm mattress and save money. It was not nearly as firm as advertised, and the cost to send it back was close to the purchase price. So I went to Mattress Firm in West Olympia, where the staff was friendly, informative and patient. I told them my price range and they sold me what I asked for without trying to up sell. I was so pleased that I have purchased three mattresses for my family this Summer. It seems funny to think of them as My Mattress Store, but I’ll never shop anywhere else.
