Well, here I sit waiting for some tile I ordered aweek ago. I had to go to two stores because neither store stocked enough for a back splash job, which didn't make me super happy, but I was dealing with it. Came to the second store to pick up repurchased and pulled tiles....and they canceled my order. I told them I would pick up on 12/18 and was told that as long as I picked them up prior to 30 days, all would be okay. On 12/16, I received a phone call, and the caller ID showed Lowes, but I was painting and couldn't answer. Because I did not answer, they put the tiles back and refunded me. I may have gotten a notification, but to an email I don't use often. I show up today and have to wait for them to pull the order again. Of course, this never is a quick thing, and here I sit. Then I was told I would have to pay for them...no duh.

As a new homeowner I'm here a lot and the employees are always very helpful and kind. Just today one lady went above and beyond helping me find an air pump for a flat wheel barrow wheel. And then the gentlemen (Jason?) checking everyone out at the pay kiosks was super gracious while simultaneously helping me look up my Lowe's rewards and a person next to me with a veterans discount, even with the man behind me who was being pretty verbally impatient. (even though there were literally three people total in line and he had to wait maybe 2 minutes...) That they are still able to be so zen after black Friday is a feat. I hope they get a holiday bonus.

A fucking joke! Everytime my husband and I shop here its an issue. We waited hours last time for someone to cut wire for us, they asked US to take a lunch so they could go on their own lunch break. Today we bought a septic tank for over 2,000 dollars and asked for help loading it on our trailer, 2 men came out and thought they'd lift it in, clearly that didn't work. Waited almost 2hrs for help with a forklift and NOBODY showed! Not even to say they weren't coming to help. We ended up buying lumber and building a sled to get it in ourselves. If you plan on buy large or bulk items I dont recommend going to this store. They are not willing to help, and you are on their time, no care for their customers. And this is only 2 of my many complaints. Sadly I had to give a star to post, but otherwise I'd give 0!

customer service here is awful. Weve been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come help us. I've asked two different workers for assistance and theybe paged twice with no one coming to help us. This Lowe's is obviously not trying to sell products.

My person went into Lowes to pick up my online order and was told it was not available even though I got an email saying it was in. That was confusing. I went in a few days later and picked up my online order a d the item was available. I asked about the return policy and was told it was 72 hours because they were specialty items. I asked why they were specialty items and was told because they were ordered online. That did not sound right so I asked to speak to the manager. I had to wait a good while for the manager to come out. I spoke to the assistant manager Joey who said I have 90 days not 72 hours. I was happy with his explanation of the 90 day return policy, but now I don't trust employees at Lowes because they just guess rather than make sure they have the correct info for customers. By the way Joey is a very good looking young man. You should meet him if you are ever at the Martin Way store.

Lowe's in Lacey has great products and good prices. What they don't have is rudimentary store/customer communication. Here's what happens: You find a sales guy who says, "The guy who "really knows" isn't there, but will be tommorrow. The next day, guy-who-knows is either (1) not there (2) working at another store or (3) didn't see the note left in the department. Guy Who Knows will never see that note. Notes always vanish., We finally connected with Guy-Who-Knows. He recommends an appliance but it has to be ordered. Days later, Lowe's says the shipment has arrived. Unfortunately, they can't determine which store got the shipment. We go to the store(s). Lucky on 3rd time. We're told delivery guys will call. They don't, but show up the next day. My advice: If the product is in the store and can immediately be loaded into your vehicle, go for it. Do Not Ever count on "The Guy Who Knows."

I bought an extended warranty for my stove. I filed a claim as my oven was overheating and would not shut off unless we unplugged it-very dangerous! I filed a claim a few months BEFORE it expired. They said I would get an w-mail-did not happen! Called them again and by this time it had expired but the person on the phone said she saw that I did file a claim before it expired and again told me I would receive an email-again NOTHING!! Went through Thanksgiving and Christmas without an oven and have not heard from them. Wrote a letter to the store manager and of course, never heard a word!! Their advertising that they will take care of you is bullshit!! This also happened to my son's father-in-law. Don't buy appliances there if you expect them to be fixed if they break!!

So I bought appliances from the Olympia store in September. It's February and I still don't have appliances. This has been a nightmare. Don't buy appliances from this store or any Lowe's store for that matter!!!

Simply an embarrassment. Ordered a dishwasher and on the day of the delivery, received a voicemail from the local Lowe's store stating "we received the box, but there's no dishwasher inside". That's it - no other information, nothing about what they're doing to help me, just that I have an empty box. Called up American Express and issued a chargeback, will never shop at Lowe's again.

I bought and paid for a dishwasher and refrigerator. After hours on calls, visits, order cancellation and re-purchase (their idea) I got the dishwasher after 6 weeks! They had it in the store, reserved to me, but it took 6 weeks! I never got the refrigerator. They stopped communicating with me, and I couldn't even check my order status online. I was promised phone calls from a store manager that never materialized. I finally cancelled the refrigerator . On a plus, note, the original salesman, Steve, was great to work with.

2 stars because of the shining light above the BS from everyone else for our sales guy, 1 star for everything else that happened. Purchased 3 appliances. Informed of delivery date which was a few weeks. Day before, I call the store because I hadn't received a call with a time delivery window as the salesman told us. Lots of shuffling and putting on hold just to be told it would be another 3 weeks because they didn't do their job and get the items out of the warehouse in time. Items are finally delivered. The 2 delivery guys did their best, One didn't speak English at all and I wasn't sure the other one completely understood me. I had to ask them to level the dryer as one of the legs hadn't been brought out completely. They didn't remove any of the wrapping on the fridge, had to do it ourselves and also assemble the inside. Set-up of appliances meant full set-up. Scratched and dinged the garage wall and doorframe as well. 2 months later, Bosche fridge is falling apart. It took many calls to Lowe's and to Bosche to get the thing carted away and a refund on it and the extended warranty. No one would service the fridge and was told it was because where I live, which should have been known and stated as such at the time of sale. He had my address to set-up the delivery. Besides that, I had ordered blinds the same time I ordered the appliances. Appointment for the blinds expert to come to my home to measure the windows comes and no person, so I call them. After a few more calls, it is discovered that neither the blinds expert in their store nor anyone else she said she called were willing to come to my home for this service. Had to get a refund and go elsewhere. Came here two other times to play other things and was either told to go find it myself because they were busy by an employee or told they didn't know.

Very disappointed. Neighbor called today as her new Lowes $1,200 refrigerator was dropped off at her house. The delivery crew said they would not hook up the water which I can understand so I volunteered to do it for her. But to just to drop it off in the middle the kitchen and leave it without at least removing the plastic coating on the refrigerator is unacceptable. They even put the doorhandles on knowing that they would have to be removed to get all the plastic coating off. Took us close to an hour to remove all the inside packing and tape plus the outside coating. Then I had to get some tools so that I could level it since they didn't even bother to do that. This lady is in her upper 70s and lives by herself and this is the service that Lowes gives to their customers. Totally unacceptable!

This is ridiculous. I just spent an hour trying to cost match a price for a toilet. I called like they suggestd and got called back 20 min later. I told them exactly what I wanted and needed. Got put on hold again for ten minutes. They came back to the phone and said I definately qualified for the price match which would have been a savings of about 60.00. Wayfair has the Swiss Madison Carre Glossy White Dual FLush toilet for 311.50 when Wayfair has it for 258.50 ish. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When the customer service agent foound ou tht I was abou to buy and purchaed an installation as weel she said"Oh wait that changs everything. I need to put you on hold again." Way to provide fake price matches and make the whole sitch akward and you lost a lifetime customer. You are _______. Bait and switch nice job Lowes.

We just had the worst experience at lowes. The cashier lady was so rude. I asked if she could please tell me the balance on my gift card beings that's what it said on the back of the card to get the balance. In a rude tone she says no. I said um ok. So I am now making a purchase with no idea how much money I have to spend. I was going to do self check out, but the lady would not let me. She then asks me for my ID. Not to sure why but I gave it to her. She enters it on her til and about a min and a half later she tells me she does not think there is any money on my gift card. So I paid cash. My boyfriend was also making a purchase and was using 2 different payment methods. We ask her for help with the split payment to be told no they don't take my visa debit card. I have never heard of a place not taking a visa debit card. We were so fed up we walked out and won't be back to lowes. I was so disappointed with the rude cashier and not taking my payment.
