I had bought a new case and screen protector several months ago and was told that the screen protector had a life time warranty. They just got a new computer system and couldn’t find me. So I left without. The kid was nice, but I feel ripped off.

Very happy with the freindly service, knowledge, and price. Trevor replaced my tempered glass screen protector in a few minutes, as oppossed to waiting for someone at Verizon to even take care of me. I highly recommend going here for repairs, and phone cases.

I paid $10 for a replacement tempered glass screen protector. In the morning, it fell off. Store doesn't have any more and will not give me a refund. Questionable practice.

Very helpful went in to get a SIM card tray for my I phone they didn’t have one to sell but had a few from extra phones laying around and just gave me one and wouldn’t let me pay for it super helpful would recommend to everyone

Trevor was honest and genuinely helpful. I went in looking for a screen replacement (note don't EVER use liquid protectors they're useless) but my phone is older and the replacement wasn't worth it. So Trevor set me up with a tempered glass to get me through! Fantastic, knowledgeable, employee with genuine integrity!

Got a phone case and glass protector here right after Christmas. It's now 2 months later my glass protector just fell right off. I will no longer buy glass protectors here! The one I got with version when I got my phone lasted well over a year with not a single crack until a few weeks before Christmas. And I drop my phone a lot!! The simple fact that my glass protector popped off after a drop only 2 months later has determined my trust for their glass protectors and ability to put them on correctly.
