They were really great until we returned the Excavator and let them know the track kept coming off . Let them know because of that we only got 6.5 hours of use when we really needed 8 hours that we paid for . They said oh well at least you got 6.5 hours . I think they thought we were lying (we were not) ...not great customer service at the end ...

Great business! I own Emerald Green, landscaping, and Maintenance LLC. I rent from these guys only I’ve used Home Depot in the past, and there seems to always be a problem with these guys. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and accommodating definitely a five star business not to mention, they are local.

I planned for a month to rent a piece of equipment from them, called 4 times to confirm my address and that everything was fine and everything was fine. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I called once my equipment was 1/2 hr late and they waited to tell me at that moment that I need to make a file, take a picture of my drivers license and to arrange payment. In the 4 times I called to confirm my rental, not once did they advise me this needed to be done. They absolutely wasted my time and ruined a project I planned for a month now. Don’t waste your time with them.

Have been using Lew Rents West professionally and personally for many years. Delivery has always been on time. The counter staff, Troy and Scott, are always friendly and helpful. Their fair pricing, customer service, and customer loyalty, will always be a staple of the construction and trade community.
