So kind and helpful! They actually care about you and your car. Oil changes are less expensive than J*ffyL*be and they actually give a crap! I’ll be taking my car back for any future oil changes or big maintenances. So happy to have a true and honest mechanic near me!

Very timely service and communicated well throughout the process. What sets them apart from others is their honesty. They diagnosed a problem and quoted the cost for parts and labor. Once inside they discovered it wasn’t necessary because something just had to be plugged in to get proper operation. They saved me thousands of dollars.

UPDATE: They called my husband as soon as they saw this review. We brought the truck in once again and they fixed all the issues. Not sure if they were using cheap parts or just repaired what was already there but so far everything is working now. Brought my husbands truck in four different times now to get the air conditioner repaired. $2,000 later and since this last time we brought it in a ton of stuff now doesn't work. Fog lights don't work now, cabin lights don't work, the air conditioner and heater don't work for about 30 seconds or longer then it will turn on. The list goes on and on!

Larsen's is an honest mechanic. They aren't less expensive than other shops, but you know you're getting what you need without a bunch of upsells.

I have a 2004 Forrester w/ almost 170k on it. I have been going to Larsen for both routine maintenance and serious repair for 4+ years now. The car's previous owner used Larsen for 10. The car runs like a top. I am very pleased with them.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, their prices reasonable the repairs impeccable and finished on time. If I had one complaint it would be that it can take a few days to get an appointment. I guess that is because they are a small business with a whole bunch of satisfied customers.
In my 40 years of auto ownership & repairs Larsen Auto is the best

I went into Larsen's for a tire alignment, and it turns out that my car was aligned correctly already, however my tires were over inflated and at different amounts, which made my 2017 Fiat Spyder Abarth feel like it needed an alignment. Larsen's adjusted the air pressure in the tireds and only charged me a nominal fee for mechanic labor time. Thank you for your honesty and excellent customer service! I will now go to Larsen's for future maintenance.

I’ve been taking my families vehicles here for a couple of years now. Whatever problems my vehicles are having are properly diagnosed and the bill is reasonable. The turnaround is always quick as well. Highly recommend.
