I've consistently received excellent care here. In the eye dept I was seen by a thorough and very knowledgeable doctor with a friendly assistant -- all on time. In ortho I've had my knees injected by a PA with a magical technique. He didn't hit the bone and make me cringe. I have nothing but good things to say too about the pharmacy and radiology departments too. Efficient friendly service. Highest marks!!

I have always received friendly service from the staff, and have never felt rushed by my doctor, who has always been very caring, concerned and informative. Fast on site pharmacy and lab, make it a one stop visit.

Worst hospital I've ever dealt with! After an accident I was informed my brother was taken to the E.R. but not told which hospital. I called two others first. Both were polite and informed me if he had been admitted or not. This was the third place I called. The lady I spoke to was rude and told me she wasn't allowed to tell me if he had been admitted. She said it was a HIPPA violation and hung up on me! 3-29-24 6:16 p.m. I will never go there and I'll ensure all my family and friends know how terrible they treat people in times of crisis.

I see Dr. Brandy Thomas, she is the best provider I have ever seen. Professional, attentive, kind, friendly and always there to go the extra mile.Today's visit turned out to be for unexpected reasons and I want to say that her MA Haley was exceptional and thank you again for bringing there for me.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful and informative . They made every gesture to assist me in my painful injury. The wait time was minimal. I got x rays. The only thing that was a surprise and drawback was increased security checkpoint. That felt invasive and suprising. The PA who saw me was phenomenal. The admin staff was super kind offering me an Ice pack.I'm so thankful to confirm that my injury is not as dire as I worried and to make a comprehensive plan to heal.

The providers are amazing, however the management of Kaiser is causing 81 year old patient with Alheimers to wait months for care. Long waits now every time we go in. I can't even book an appointment with her primary care provider because they have chanded their appointments. I guess after 15 years with Kaiser, to look for another provider.Changing my rating to 1. I'm done dealing with the stupidity of the administration. If you are considering Kaiser. Just don't.

All of my providers have been wonderful and caring, however Kaiser is the definition of corporate greed and lack any sort of concern for the actual wellbeing of the patients or providers they employ.

I went to Kaiser Permanente in Olympia to check my eyes for cataracts, and glaucoma. Dr. Radford was very thorough. She answered all of my questions, and was very pleasant.

PAC Samantha Millar was awesome. She came prepared, read my notes thoroughly, caught some things that had slipped through the cracks. Most of all she really listened to me and told me we were in this together.

I enjoy my 6 month eye check up appointments with optometrist Dr. Mueller at K-P Olympia. The check in is easy, and if sometimes at age 80, I get a reminder of where the exam rooms are located, it is done with a smile. In the waiting room after settling in, my name is called right on time. The staff member introduces herself, Heather, and asks for my name and security ID info. All of these are covered as the staff members and doctor:●Explained what they were doing for each phase of the eye exams.●Answered my questions. knowledge-ably.●Asked a checklist of question re: currency and continuity of my care and procedures.●Described details of upcoming cataract procedure including off campus location for the surgery and eyedrop regimen that will facilitate recovery. All throughout our appointment everyone is friendly and pleasant.

I had to go to Kaiser today for my Sciatic nerve issue. My blood pressure was 205 over 120 due to the pain I was in. Dr. Blackner did nothing for my pain, which is usuafor Kaiser since they do ONLY what they have to and then out the door you go. One would like to think that a pain level that would make a pressure as high as I had would prompt a better response. Go figure, it's Kaiser's way of doing busine.ss.
