The service guy in the main office was very rude. They only gave me the wrong part the first time, and then when I came back, the guy only gave me half the part I needed.

I took my Stihl FS131 for repairs and service. They did a great job! I got it back cleaned and working fantastic. I definitely would recommend them. I've also bought all of my Stihl products there too and I have always received great customer service!

Was threatened over the phone when calling to check in on my equipment getting serviced. Very rude staff. If it wasn’t for the “warranty” I would have done what I usually do and went and bought another pressure washer from harbor freight. Lasted just the same amount of time as the STIHL brand at a fraction of the cost.

Flawless! Absolutely perfect transaction. From the second we walked through the door, till the moment our equipment was delivered! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jessica, the Sales Manger was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very accommodating to our delivery needs. I can't say enough good things about the staff and my experience here. Customer service rude behavior over the phone. Called to service for my Snapper lawn mower, lady over the phone would not let me get one word in, kept ask what lawn mower was it, told her to wait while I go check, said hello she hung up the phone. J&I has serviced my lawn before and I use there service when repair work is needed, but now forget. It just to many businesses hiring rude people now days and J&I is one of those businesses. Bye

I read so many good reviews but unfortunately when I took my (2) mowers there I was told they only repair Hondas not Troy Blt mowers. So
