I know my words may sound overdone, as if I am gaining a commission from writing them. I am not, I did the opposite and bought my first car in ten years from this dealership. Why here?
They went above and beyond what any other dealer did and sold a great car at a price I could afford. Jakob Lutman, Sales Pro, even went far, far out of his way with a promise few make. Buy from me and I will personally deliver this car to you and make sure your satisfied. He did and I was thrilled to be able to go travel this great state again.
So this review comes from my own experience. I say if your a timid first time buyer, buy here and be treated in a way few places do. That you get all the service of a digital sale with a personal touch. That your time and business is important, no matter how small.

I have never experienced such a fantastic car buying experience! From Sales Consultant, Rick Smith's friendly and welcoming service, to Finance Wizard Dale Garcia's superior finance magic! ? The longest part of the entire experience was the test drive! We were given a great deal on a low mileage car, and walked away with the confidence of additional warranty coverage. No haggling, no endless discussion on cars we couldn't afford, and all done with a smile on everyone's faces! Thank you for exceptional service! Got a call and email from Justin about an application and did online, I phoned back 2x's left messages and then got email saying my request was going to be closed because I didn't follow up? I replied by email and he was somewhat unprofessional and saying stuff like good luck at next dealer I was going to go thru? I had gotten a few cars from this auto group and I will not go back and found great assistance from another lot. I would not recommend them simply because they don't communicate and are quick to close and move on without ever a phone call back

I started to fill out their application online and stopped once i realized they didn't have the vehicle I wanted, they ran my credit even though I didn't complete their application.

Poor customer service, misleading promises of inventory, poor attitudes from employees, zero follow up after vehicle purchase, and now total avoidance when I inquire about having to pay for my own front bracket for a license plate. I won't buy here again.

Messaged Justin with what I wanted the amount I could pay and down-payment amount and he made it happen I had my truck ready and purchased before I even got off work!! Awesome people to work with and they have my business from now on!!

I did my homework and these guys more than lived up to their five star reviews. Dale Garcia was the sales associate that helped me and he went above and beyond. The whole process was very transparent and honest. This also includes dealing with Jeff in finance. Just so impressed and pleased. Thank you guys for making buying a car a pleasant experience . Ended my new year right and I love my mini countryman . I'll be sending business your way .

My last experience with you folks was absolutely horrible. I've bought 3 other vehicles from you in the past but it seemed this time around nobody listened to my wants and needs as far as payment and how much I wanted to spend also was only shown one vehicle and it didn't fit my monthly payment structure so they just gave up. Doubt if I'll be back thanks for dragging my credit down a few more points for nothing!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place, cause I think they are a great car lot but when something breaks the same day you bought the car which was obviously not any doing of your own, they offer absolutely no 3 day 30 day or any type of warranty once you drive a used car off their lot. Now I did have an excellent Salesmen who did workout the car lot paying for it but this is something I think needs some attention

I was in a bind finding a car all weekend and had been rejected by every other place or being charged an arm and a leg. Alex and Jeff got me in a car in one night and were willing to work with me, my situation and found me a vehicle that was reliable. This was a great experience and relieved so much of my stress.
