I love how well organised and clean the store is, even when during Sale season when it gets crazy, the store stays organised. The workers are always friendly and really helpful. I always enjoy shopping here, never had a bad experience.

Ashley is a super nice manger but the front staff (cashiers) need to be trained better on returns and professionalism. I tried to return a pair of sweats that were not worn and that just were not my style and the cashier went through the whole process of refunding me just to look at the pants before running my car and tell me that they look worn and can’t give me a refund. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be going back to the capitol mall H&M

Highly organized and has a lot of options. The changing rooms are okay, but their lack of staff is kind of insane. They only have 2 staff upfront to pay and there is hardly someone who is checking people for the changing rooms at the changing rooms.

Had a bad experience with a woman at the register. She didn’t apologize instead she blamed on other that did the wrong tag. It was a huge waste of the time when I had only a little time to do shopping with a toddler. Very bad customer service. If a manager here can see it. Please reach out to me! Thank you!
