Best pharmacy I've ever used!! Very friendly pharmacist, quick, in and out. They are in network with most major insurance providers and have a drive through. In comparison to other big chain pharmacies I've filled with in the past, these guys hit it out of the park.

Always very quick. In and out. I love that there is a drive up window for easy and quick convience. I have never had any issues with this pharmacy getting my medications.

This pharmacy has horrible customer service for compounding medications. The only reason I'm still using them is because my medications are expensive and Samy's is the only compounding pharmacy I've found that's willing to bill my insurance for them.I've used Samy's for almost 2 years now. They've consistently had serious issues with retaining a compounder at their pharmacy, which leads to waiting for weeks for medications. The worst part is they don't communicate any of this until you call them and ask why your automated prescription has not been filled. If you don't call, you'd never find out and you'd never get your prescription. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Fully expect to wait up to 2 weeks to get your compounded medication and have to nag them to get it done, do NOT rely on calling it in through the automated system, it's like they don't even check that system at all. If you need your compounded medications in a timely manner, do not go here.

Currently majorly impacted by a shortage and unable to fill a number of medications. Staff is not holding up. This has been going on for the past six months but has worsened to a point that the pharmacy is no longer reliable. I called to ask for clarification as my last three months have been shorted and they never seem to have any notes or keep records of how much is being filled and when, such that pills are essentially showing as being filled when customers are not actually receiving them. Instead of any explanation, a team member yelled at me about the shortage.Posting this only because I hope it saves at least one person the awful experiences and panic attacks. Every pharmacy is dealing with this shortage so Samy's is not unique in this, but that shouldn't give employees the right to further exacerbate an already hellish experience.

Inconsistent hours, nobody knows what's going on, prescriptions not filled after being told they're ready, and no follow through on questions asked. Not a good experience.

Terrible experience. If you want to fear that you may not get your meds filled in time, this is the store for you and as an added bonus, the women on the phone won't hesitate to let you know just how much of an inconvenience you are to her.

Great customer service and affordable!! I was searching all over town for a pharmacy that could get my medication. They were able to order it and have it in my hand within 24 hours and for a fraction of the cost!
