I ordered a key transmitter on December 29th 2021. The part wasnt in stock so they had promptly ordered one. They mailed it out to me on January 10th after the area had been experiencing severe weather conditions. On January 23 I had contacted the internet parts department to inquire about my package as it had been tracking as In transit arriving late for a week with no additional updates. They had me file a inquiry and missing package search request through ***** I reached out several times expressing my concern that the package was lost and expressed frustration and that I would contact my bank to reverse the charges. Majority of the responses were to the effect of there is nothing I can do. On February 14th was the last straw. I contacted the establishment and asked to speak to a parts manager. Internet parts had informed me this day that their policy states We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company. When I spoke to the manager they eventually offered to either send me a replacement or give me a refund and that if the replacement got lost they were definitely not going to be sending another one. I opted for the refund which was processed that same day. The manager even gave a follow up phone call to let me know it was processed on their end. I was able to order a similar part on **** that arrived in a much more satisfactory time and was significantly cheaper. I will not be doing any business with Hanson Kia in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Juan Nieves when deciding to purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek recently. Juan was super knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Every person I worked with was pleasant and professional and I LOVE my new car!!!!

So, I went auto shopping an since I had bought my Kia there a few years ago, to where they screwed me on for my trade in, they said they would pay off my balance of $2589, all said an done they had paid off my balance but only gave me $1589 an added the $1000 on the price of the Kia, I did not catch that at the time.... this time I went to trade in the Kia for a Subaru, where once again they would pay off my car..... well, I owed $6800, when they gave me the contract to sign, my trade in was $5000, I said NO, I told you on the get go if you weren't going to pay it off, NO DEAL....so, he can back with it corrected to the payoff, BUT, they also added a $1000 to the price of the auto....I caught that an then is when I should of walked out, but they corrected it. carefully reading the final costs I questioned a charge of $1295 for cleaning the car, I was told it was mandatory, on one of the contracts in small print for that charge said "negotiable', I did not catch it.. After checking with other car lots they all had never heard of such a thing to charge the buyer to have it cleaned....I went back up there and raised hell about it, demanded that be refunded back to me. I was told they could not give cash back, "I said why not, I paid cash for this Subaru". he said let me see what I can do, he came back with a proposal of giving me 'free" oil changes for two years and fix a dented rusting out spot... these Subaru's only need a oil change every 6,000 miles... needless to say, I will NEVER buy from them again, they are lying shysters!!! OH, and I found out they sold my Kia for $13,999. Plus, I am turning this into the BBB.

They are over charging for new cars. The salesman (Dan) told me it is because of the shortage of cars. But, Puyallup does not jack up the prices. Aggressive salesman said the "Prep/Sterilization" fee is mandatory. It is NOT and is way over priced at $1295. Should be around $200 for 1 hour of shop time.

Car buying made easy and fun. Aaron Johnson and Dave Hern were our sales and finance guys, and they had us in and out of there in no time. Very happy with the options we were given and the no-pressure sales method. We'll be back!

My girlfriend took her car in to be repaired. It had a bad turbo. When the car was dropped off, she was told by another mechanic to make sure they check the oil pan and flush the oil system. She told the service advisor to perform these tasks along with making the repairs necessary and he said it was standard procedure if the turbo went bad but they would diagnose the problem first and take care of all of that.

Hanson Subarus service manager along with most of their staff are crooked twats. Scheduled a 30k service and recall a couple weeks ago. When I got there they refused to do the 30k service denying that I had any warranty on the vehicle even though two weeks prior I went in to verify that the 30k service would be covered under warrant which some dude named Chris said it was and that was covered until I hit 36k. He provided me with an appointment summary disclosing a charge of $0.00 USD for the service. Two weeks later I'm there for the appointment and they try to deny that what they quoted me was false and that Chris made a "mistake". They refused to honor the service that they agreed to do free of charge. This places bait and switch business practices are shameful. Don't agree to provide a service for your customers if you don't intend on honoring it. If you value your time and money don't go to Hanson Subaru.

Very disappointed. Drove way out of my way to go to this dealership. Their pricing for new cars are about the same as everyone else. It was the trade in that broke the deal. When talking with them prior to making the hour plus drive, I was told that the owner was very aggressive and fair on trade in values. When they showed the first offer, I told them you got to be kidding. They counter by adding a couple more thousand. However they were still $3000 less than what I had been offered in my area. The only reason I went to that dealership was because they had the Outlook I wanted in stock. Instead I just went to my local dealer and ordered one. Granted I have to wait a couple of months, but at least I'm not getting ripped for my trade in. I feel like they lured me in with empty promises and expected to go with it. Nope. Will not be back!

By far the worst service center I've ever encountered. I've never taken my car there and NOT picked it up on worse condition than when I dropped it off. Avoid this place if at all possible!

Terrible service from sales and management. They sold my teenage granddaughter her first car and its proved to be crap, shes had it less than 2 weeks and nothing but really bad issues from day one. They acknowledge the issues, reset the codes but did not fx the actual problems and now when they said they'd make it right, they tried to give her 4800 less than she paid and tack that amount onto another car for her. Worst car buying experience ever! Don't buy from here, don't expect them to fix their horrible cars that are totally crap, and tell all your friends. Hanson is NOT the place to buy a car, they sell lemons and won't back it up when they admit the issues and say they will make it right and then gouge a teenager for another $4800! She could have been a lifetime customer, now we will blast this all over social media, and take all legal steps to force them to make this right for her. As a 40 year state employee, and with so much family in the legal, education, medical, and government fields, a huge amount of top earning folks in several counties will hear all about this worst experience ever of car buying and they will share from there. Shame on Hanson motors! We will make this go viral.

I was happy to find parts for my old car a 1991 Subaru that I use to deliver mail. I hope that I can find what I need in the future without being charged by a repair shop for parts I don’t need. Thank you.Any chance you have a parts catalogue for this car?

Smooth talking, high pressure sales manager. Bought a Forester in 2015, and had to replace it in 2020 ( due to accident). Same arrogant guy.
