This is a magnificently well stocked grocery store. We stopped in for something to take to our hotel room and found a deli that was very well stocked. I ordered a custom sandwich with ham, salami, cheese, mayodijon spread and spinach on Rye Bread. It was superb. Did I mention that we were treated with the greatest of respect by the deli operators. They were so very helpful.

Best by far place to shop in all of Thurston county nice people. Good selection of everything including a great deli and fresh order to make sandwiches. Good fish and meat selection and nice wine bar. Asian food is better than most fast food and sushi is great. Cheese bar is the best selection around. Pharmacy is always kind and going out on a limb to help get ur prescription filled even if they can't they will help you find it. Good locals only spot. Keep up the good work

The pharmacy used to be wonderful but it's gone downhill so much in the last year. Rude, incompetent techs and pharmacists. Twice my Dr has sent over Rxs and Haggen didn't have them in stock, BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN ORDER THEM until I called days later wondering what the holdup was. Overcharged a copay by$35 and refused to fix it, saying, "we'll remember it the next time". Usually when I or family and neighbors walk in no one offers to help or even makes eye contact. One time I was standing there for 17 minutes like a j*** while they ignored me. My daughter had major surgery a few weeks ago. The Dr called Haggen Pharmacy and said her meds were urgent and needed to be ready for pickup by X time. When I got there they couldn't even find the order for about ten minutes. When they finally found it in their computer they said it would be at least an hour, while across the top of all pages of the Rxs it said URGENT. Meanwhile, my daughter was bleeding and in pain in the car.

Haggans Floral made a beautiful arrangement for my nephew’s Celebration of Life. The designer called me and reviewed the kind of arrangement I wanted, the colors, and the placement of the arrangement at the service. Every detail was addressed. I have never had such excellent service at any freestanding floral shop. Will definitely use their services again.Definitely received value and quality. I have posted a picture of the arrangement to share how beautiful it was.

Sarah in Wine and Spirits was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable on all Wines and Spirits. She has a great personality and I look forward to buy products because of her. Thanks for all you do, Brian

A bit expensive for regular grocery items, however, the Haggen Bakery is the best in town. It has a huge and inexpensive selection of fresh baked breads, cookies, and cakes. A great place if you need anything fresh, right now. Hit Trader Joe's if you need groceries but don't miss Haggen for the baked goods!

A wonderful place to shop! The deli, bakery and vast meat department are unsurpassed in excellence and variety. Store is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I shop there frequently and have never had a bad experience!

Heidi made my elopement bouquet and a boutonniere for my now husband, and they were absolutely perfect. She was amazing to work with, as was everyone else I spoke with there. To top it off, the bouquet was exceptionally resilient - made it through several miles of hiking, and over four day later, made it home with us on the airplane, still receiving compliments left and right all through the airport. I'm so happy I chose Haggen Floral for my bouquet. Thank you!

Hypocrisy. This grocery store tries to appear good, but when a customer concern is raised, they are horrible. "Kit" reassured that my issue would be responded by managers but nobody ever called me to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts to reach someone -- a manager at the store; their main customer hotline; filling out customer concern form. I used to love this place, but I would not enter this store with a 10-ft pole. Bad customer service; uncaring personnel. A bunch of hypocrites. It's just as well that I don't go back -- this place is way overpriced so this way I will just wind up saving more money not setting foot in this hostile place.

Expensive. Empty shelves. Cashiers and service counter staff in deep conversations about their personal lives and ignoring customers right in front of them asking questions. Talked to 4 different employees on two occasions to try to find something and got told they didn't know then went back to gossiping with their co-worker.

Average run-of-the-mill grocery store. Removing one star for hilariously high prices (bottle of bleach costs around $8; online retailers - $4). Another star off for the smell of death permeating the entire back half of the store from the meat/seafood area. It's truly unbearable.
