Duper friendly and understanding folks. They are super informative as well. They have mechanics to help fix what ever is wrong with your car and even host auto auctions. Not only that they are pretty quick to come to your aid. If you need a tow call these guys first

Greatest people! Lacey and Cindy have excellent customer service and Nick the GM rocks too. We have been using them well over a decade. Our last tow driver Forest was great. Nice competent man. Please do not take the review calling him an idiot or a kid seriously. I do feel badly someone felt that way. Have a beautiful day everyone! ?

Tow driver named Forrest arrived and told me that I needed to remove my cargo carrier to get to my spare tire. He was a complete idiot. The tool to release the spare did not need to be completely assembled. I loathe incompetence. He was useless. Thank you AAA. POS. I got the spare tire released myself. Today my partner and I were going to pick up a christmas tree when our truck broke down. We were on the freeway and luckily had AAA.I went home with the kiddos via a family member but my partner stayed behind with the truck. ken the tow truck driver arrived earlier than anticipated. He towed my partner off the freeway but he went above and beyond and was able to diagnose the issue and help fix the issue as well.he went above and beyond to make sure that the car was working fine. He diagnosed the issue, removed the part and marked the spot where the new part goes. He even stayed back as my partner test drove the car to make sure it was safe and recommended places to get replacement parts. He absolutely went above and Beyond and was very genuine.I highly recommend great northwest towing and ken!!

City Wide Towing--Excellent service by a towing service technician by the name Delane. Thank you so much Delane for your quick response within 30 minutes at 11:20 tonight 12/25 Christmas Day. Replaced busted tire with spare tire. Amazing Guy who provided safety measures to take before he left.

Ken with Great Northwest Towing is probably the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond just the scope of his job. He helped our family identify the issue that was wrong with the vehicle and help us with resources to get it fixed. He identify this issues so that1.) he could help us out and 2.) so there wouldn’t be any issues towing the vehicle over 30 miles.His customer service was above and beyond, and his knowledge of mechanics, was evident. The work he did was exemplary . I highly recommend this company, but especially Ken.Service: Long distance hauling

Thanks to David Fantastic guy came and rescued my vehicle I needed a tow from Washington to Oregon a two hour drive. From where my car stopped. He came and helped me get my car back home with no worries .very nice respectful and helpful.
