Found myself in a pickle and your friendly driver Steve came to my rescue. My understanding is when he was told of the potential danger of my breakdown de dropped everything to get there and move me from danger. He was cheerful, pleasant and accommodating while also most efficient Thank you kindly Steve for such good care and service.

such a scam. $640 dollars to get my vehicle back. billed me for an overnight storage fee when my vehicle was still on the flatbed when i arrived. had all kinds of extra fees including after hours (two men were clearly working on the clock) and credit card fees. payment on their cell phone was a joke with funny fonts and colors on the screens. they asked for my keys to take my vehicle off the floor truck and left thr steering wheel grimey. owner of a parking lot adjoined to 3 businesses in olympia just sits in her truck and calls the towing company all night. signs only face out to the street, no signs in the lot, no way to pay for parking. seems like she must get a cut

Patrick was absolute a godsend. On arrival, he was super informative, conscious of our safety, and just incredibly efficient! We were a job at the end of what sounded like a long day, but was still incredibly personable and professional!! Five stars!!
