Amazing experience here! Super knowledgable and quick service. Love that it is family owned. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a car. Car pricing is super fair and they will take care of you. Thanks to them, and after many years of searching, my husband now has his dream car! Thank you so much from the Sanchez family!

Phenomenal service. These guys really do go above and beyond. I had some issues with my car and brought it back to them. When we realized it wasn’t drivable, one of the brothers gave my son and I a ride home. I left the vehicle with them expecting a huge service bill, but they worked with me on cost referring me to their own mechanic. The next day I received a call and not only did they personally fix it, but did it within 24 hours because I was concerned about missing work and lost wages. Id like to note that I signed an as-is agreement, so they had zero obligation to help me. But these guys are genuinely good people who want you to leave thier business satisfied. And it worked because I’ll never buy a car from another dealership again. These guys are incredible. Thank you two so much. As a single mom. I couldn’t have fixed it without you.

Bought a jeep compass from Eddie and I have to say this was the best experience at a dealer I've ever had. Good local family owned business that takes care of his customers. The car we bought had some minor issues and Eddie and his team were right on it, fixing the problem at no cost to me. Planning on buying a truck soon and definitely will be giving Good Guys my business.

I purchased a car from Good Guys about one month ago. It has not been a good experience from the start. I test drove the car. And then in our conversation when I returned he let me know that they changed the serpentine belt and the power steering pump. Then we went into the office and I asked if we could work on lowering the price. I was told one word: "Nope". I was expecting something along the lines of "let's see what we can do for you." I was a little taken back. The vehicle was grossly overpriced. 4000.00 over JD Power. I called back in a day or 2 and told the owner what I was able to pay after talking to my lender. He agreed but said "my son is going to be mad. Oh well I'm the owner". Who treats a customer like that?! That comment should have been a red flag and I should not have pursued the purchased. But I moved forward with the purchase. The evening I picked up the vehicle there was no gas in the tank. I mentioned it to the owner. He pointed across the street and said "you can get gas there". I was shocked. No apology. I had no choice to get my gas across the street. It was a little over a dollar more than where I choose to get gas. The owner didn't seem to care. In slightly over 24 hours the alternator and battery went out. I am fortunate to know someone that was able to fix it for me. When I called to let Good Guys know all they did was apologize and say they wish I would have brought it into them. I think he said it 4 times, "I wish you would have brought it back to us". I'm not sure if they know how cars work but if the alternator and the battery aren't working, you can't drive it. If that were my business I would have asked the customer to bring in the receipts. I would have verified the new parts and reimbursed them. I would have done anything to make it right. If that would have happened I would be writing a 5 star review. But they don't care. After all that I thought it was fixed. Then I noticed it had been leaking fluid. I took a closer look. It was bad. A large puddle in my garage. We think that is what might have destroyed the alternator. The alternator was covered in fluid. I took it to my mechanic at South Bay Automotive. There was a hole in the power steering hose. Fluid was spraying all over the engine. So it's hard to know if Good Guys ever had a real mechanic look at it. Obviously someone did if they changed the serpentine belt and power steering pump. Because they put a hole in the power steering pump hose. If any of that is true. I'm not sure. Not sure how they didn't see all the oil. I've owned a lot of cars over the years. All of my buying experiences were good to excellent. This has been awful. And there's more. I was putting some items in the pockets behind the front seats. One pocket had garbage and what was dirt or food crumbs. The other pocket had garbage and dirty socks. It was so disgusting. This has been a horrible experience and has cost me over 700.00 just to get the car running. It was approximately 3 weeks before I could even drive the car. I highly recommend not buying from Good Guys. If you feel you don't have a choice, at least have your own mechanic look at the car you are considering. And don't pay anything close to what they are asking. I test drove a couple of other cars on their lot. Very old cars and they were asking ridiculous amounts. I read one of their reviews where someone said they were super nice and worked with them on the cost. I'm not sure why I was treated differently. I was nothing but kind and polite to them. I definitely bought a lemon but I learned a lot. I hope my experience and review will help others avoid the same horrible experience. Good Guys used cars is not the only car seller in Thurston County. I only added one star because I couldn't post my review without a star. 2/22/24: After posting my one star review, the dealer called to me to offer to reimburse me fo

The only guarantee here is that the reviews aren't all legitimate. Spent more on repairs than we paid for the vehicle..
