Great car wash. The people who guide the car into the wash also do a pre wash. Usually, they do a decent job that requires a bit of touch up at home but these people did a great job with minimal touch up after. Highly recommended!

Track caused obvious damage to my front and rear driver-side rims. I filed a claim and was told that this was pre-existing even though it most definitely was not. White guard/bumper device on track is clearly damaged or mis-aligned (see attached photo from my dashcam). I was not upset and simply wanted them to cover the cost of repairs, but they appear unwilling to do the right thing. If you have nice rims and want to keep them that way, I suggest you go elsewhere.

This is the most effective drive-through car wash that I've used. The conveyor belt action seems slower than The Wave, adding more time to thoroughly clean your car. I also appreciate that when they scrub the car before I enter the drive-through, they're mindful not to hit/scratch my car with their brushes. Most other places aren't so careful. They are always kind and pleasant as well.

I paid for the deluxe and the lady in the lane next to me cut front and took my deluxe wash while I got the standard. I told the attendant who attempted to correct the situation but was unable to do so. His suggestion was to go through and loop back around and go through again for the deluxe. I have two stars because I appreciated the attempt to correct but the drive through where someone can cut you off and go first makes for a frustrating situation when they can’t correct it and didn’t offer a refund.

Like the prepay monthly plan. Just pull in as often as I like. Automatically scans a windshield decal to let you enter.

I absolutely love Pink Elephant Carwash, they are really nice! And they do a fantastic job on my work truck! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I just drove over 3,000 miles and the bugs were covering the front of the car. They got them all off, no questions asked. The price per month is similar to what I paid in Virginia for unlimited washes.

My car always comes out shiny! The vacuums always work and I love how you have two hoses on one vacuum so you can have two people at once vacuuming to get it done faster. Great customer service someone is always there if you need help with anything.

One of the employees met me at the pay box and asked if I required assistance… super nice guy… I certainly will (and have) recommend and will most definitely be back!!!
