I called asking for a hard to find game from my childhood. Nicole was wonderful! Didn't have the game, offered to take my name and # and keep an eye out for it. Then, offered to let the owner know what I was looking for! Hopefully they will be able to find it! I appreciate the help and effort from Nicole in any case!! TY

On November 7th, I purchased two lol-surprise-dolls. When my daughter opened the Glam Glitter Doll it was filthy, the clothes did not match, one of the legs was attached backwards and the eyes were scratched. I called the store same day. I was told to call back in the morning when the owner would be available. I called back the next morning. I was told to bring the doll back with the receipt for a replacement. When I arrived at the store the cashier said he had to call the owner. The owner said he had to call his wife. The wife said she had to contact the manufacturer. I was standing around for a half hour. They did not have a replacement Glam Glitter. Eventually, I was given a partial $7 refund. Terrible products and absolutely terrible customer service.

We went to this location tonight after we had been to Chuck E Cheese where my daughter had used ticket points to buy a magic kit. As we were walking out to our car in the parking lot when we left, we were approached by mall security, who informed us that the lady working in the toy store said my daughter had stolen a magic set. I got it out of the car and showed the security guard the magic set we had gotten from Chuck E Cheese that my daughter had walked into the toy store holding, which still had the pictures from Chuck E Cheese tucked inside of it. The security guard apologized for the inconvenience. The lady in the store was too busy screwing around on her phone when we walked into the toy store to notice my daughter already had the magic set, and then accused her of stealing, which is unacceptable. It isn't even a product they sell in the store. So, don't take anything into this store with you unless you want that woman to think you stole it. Won't be back after this.

They say they have returns but when you want to return something they only allow for store credit with a receipt, and you have to use it the day you go, they don’t give you a card or nothing.

My son bought a toy here with his birthday money. It was an action figure with small parts so we didn't open it until we got home. When he opened it, it fell into two pieces and he couldn't play with it we sat it down to be returned. We live an hour away and I went back two weeks later, with the receipt and all original packaging. the manager wasn't there but told the worker I could return it on another day that she was in girl made notes and assured me I could have cash back store credit or an exchange. Any of which would have made my son happy. I went back again three days later and the manager who again wasn't there but decided via text to tell her employees not to return the toy. They accused my son of breaking it. They sold him a broken toy and refused to make it right. They could have easily exchanged it sent the defective toy back to the manufacturer to get their 20 bucks but instead kept my sons birthday money leaving him sad and heartbroken that adults could treat him so badly. Stick to target or Amazon folks this place doesn't care about kids.

Children of all ages love the store, and on my 55th birthday this August, I'll be one of those children playing inside this store.I think, everyone needs to bring out the little child and then sometimes.

I tried to make a purchase at this store around 2:40pm on 3/30 and the store was closed so the guy could take a break. When I got home, I called at 5:23pm and asked what time they closed. I was told 8pm. I showed back up at 7:49pm and the store was closed again. What's the deal guys? I'm trying to give you money.

My daughter and I went into the Go ******************************************* store in ************, ***** ****** at 6:30 pm on 11/12/21. While purchasing our order, I pulled my mask away from my face, while still keeping it on and over my nose and mouth,: to get a little air; due to medicine I take, I become over-heated. Very rudely, the cashier said Mam you cant be waving your mask all around; Im immune compromised. I tried to explain to him that I have health issues too, and he cut me off saying I dont care; you can get the h*** out of my store. Taken completely aback, I turned to leave the store and then decided I didnt want the merchandise after all as he made us feel very uncomfortable. As I walked back into his store, he came around from the counter and started shouting Mam leave right now or Im calling the security and police! Get the h*** out! I asked what his name was, and he said I am the owner! I repeated that I wanted a rerun for my merchandise, and he told me one more time to get the h*** out shouting that I can go to the Albany store to return it. With an elevated voice still, he said masks are scientifically proven when worn properly. I said Im double-vaccinated and always wear my mask; i am board with all that. As i as leaving, i said exercise kindness and he yelled at me then exercise respect. I shouted back and said I did! and left the store. My daughter was shaking and crying afterwards and asking to go home- that she was scared and not sure what he was going to do based on his scary behavior. We went to one last store on our way out, and still very shaken, I told the cashier what had happened to us, and she told us that someone she knew had walked into the store recently with something she was drinking in her hand, and he told her to get out. She said shes heard nothing but bad things about the business. I later checked Yelp reviews, and another customer said she received horrible service towards herself and her disabled son and will never go back.

Cute, clean store. Friendly staff. Nice variety of board games you can normally only find online. Gonna pay more if you want it right now.
