Purchased some pre packaged ribs . Took them out of the fridge the next morning and they had a putrid smell to them. They were obviously it the fridge for to long before being sold. I called them and they told me it's what the fill the bags with, was never offered compensation. It may not be alot of money but it's the principal. I will not be going back.

A proper butcher shop. Everything is top quality and good value. If you have a carcass, they'll process it for you. They sell large packs of meat (up to 1/2 of a cow), all sorts of animals and cuts. Weekly specials are great values (listed on their website). The service is great, staff friendly and knowledgable. For years now I've tried toy avoid buying meat almost anywhere else; supermarket stuff is expensive and poor quality compared to Gibson's.

So my wife and I walked in on a wim, and that was one of the best choices we made in a long time! The staff were friendly and helpful. The selection of meats is amazing and the prices were unbelievable. I say unbelievable as in my wife and I will be dropping Costco like a hot potato kind of unbelievable. If you are a carnivore like my wife and I, this place is a must.

Taking a lot of my wild game there over the years. Always reasonably priced and quick turnaround times. My wife buys our dog food there too.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. Reasonable prices too. They have a line of seasonings that we go back for as well.

Today my ribeye was clearly a chuck roast. And the last time I went one of my Wagu was a ribeye. They sold these to my wife like I wouldn't know what they were. Don't swindle the locals.

What an awesome place! It was my first time going to a butchery and Gibsons did not disappoint. Other than not having the cut I wanted, they had a vast variety of meats I randomly chose from. I will definitely be back, my only mistake was not getting more! It’s a must. The prices are excellent as well
