I had a hard time getting over the smell in the store; someone's BO was pretty bad, unfortunately. We still walked out of there with a new game for my son's switch.

Was there to purchase a new game clearly told him I wanted knew considering I live 1hr 30 mins from the store I wanted no fuck ups still managed to send and sell me a pre owned copy these guys sucks

Why does this location always feel like they are going to go out of business. They have a very small selection of used Xbox X/S games but a massive section of PlayStation. Also their used PS5 costs 70 dollars more than buying a new one from literally any other store. Save yourself some money and buy from Sony or Amazon you can get it for about 350-380 ish

Why does this location always feel like they are going to go out of business. They have a very small selection of used Xbox X/S games but a massive section of PlayStation. Also their used PS5 costs 70 dollars more than buying a new one from literally any other store. Save yourself some money and buy from Sony or Amazon you can get it for about 350-380 ish

Quick and super happy with my purchase! Got an Xbox One Series X for $125 off and it included Diablo IV. Pickup was super easy and would definitely come to this location again. It's in the Capital Mall on the JC Penny's side and since it's usually pretty slow it's the perfect place for buying online and picking up in the store.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I can't find my receipt and when I asked someone at the store to reprint it they tell me they can't, to call customer service. When I call customer service, one hung up on me after 20 minutes! And the other flat out hung up and said no. Is this how you treat customers? Smfh
