Started running into trouble back in 2016, probably a little before that, while in school at Grays Harbor College. Was able to catch some International Assocation of Scientologists where they were staking out my game collection, and also were embarassing me a lot, so I ended up having to change stores and discontinue my rewards (power-up). The good news is that the Nintendo Switch /gamepad was coming out, didn't have a problem being stuck on some older systems, so it ended up being a bunch of security gaurds and MetalJesusRocks that might have suspected another round. I'm definately buying in bulk online (highly recommended). In general, other than a few 3-4 quick pickups, even not lightweight pickups, like headphones, Switch- gamepad, XBOX, that would be about it for a store pickup.

Terrible employees on 2/11/24. Went to go in store to buy a product that was listed as $19.99 on their own website. It rang up as 29.99 in store. I asked them to price match their own website and they refused to because I was not a PRO member but could sign up for their service for $25 just to do a $10 price match.I simply walked out to my car. Placed the order online through their website for pick up for their store. Waited 10 minutes and walked back in to get my item for the 19.99 WITHOUT GETTING A MEMBERSHIP. Could have saved all the time and hassle for me and your own employees from having to pick an order to immediately give it to me.Poor customer service like this is why I won't sign up for your membership.

Was conned into getting a used game not knowing i wasn't gonna get my money back when I brought a receipt and game back immediately after buying and trying it talked into membership to save money ended up losing it they are smart and don't buy anything you don't absolutely need nice used ps4 controller tho only thing I got decent outta it

Just bought a new ps5 and was given the wrong one and box was damaged so the worker checked the white box it comes in an wasn't re sealed by them brought it in the next day to exchange for the disc drive one and would not replace guy gave it 1 min tops for the employee to get back and tells me I'm SOL, I would take my business else where if I were anyone else

Great I had my son with me we were shopping for his birthday and I got help from the rep there they were able to hide everything right in front of him so he didn't know anything....I will definitely be going back if nothing else just for the customer service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even took the time to talk with me about the differences between the games I was looking at and made an educated recommendation for me based off of our conversation.

I bought a controller about a year and the clerk brought it up to me about the Mario controller bought making me remember I needed to bring the controller in since I had paid for a warranty. The next day there was no record of me purchasing the controller. Making it difficult to access my 2 year service warranty. This was for a switch wireless controller.

Tried to sell me a "pre owned" game as new and tried to convince me that they always take the plastic off new games and sell them that way. I asked about the holiday return policy and they had no clue about it. Another man came in to buy Pokemon Violet and the lady without hesitation or even checking the computer said "we only sell new, there are no pre owned copies" so I piped up and told the man there was a pre owned copy on the shelf. This staff needs to be re trained asap.12/18/22 15:28

Been going here since I was a kid. Cant reach them over phone almost without fail. No one picks up. Was going to buy a new headset for ps5 and ended up going with a pre owned headset described to me by lady behind the counter as "more durable and better sound qaulity". So I get home and go to try out the headset only to find out you need the USB plug in that comes with the headset. So not only can I not use the headset I was sold on by employee but they won't return it and let me buy a new one from their store being that it is pre-owned. I bought it last night and can't return it do to missing parts 12 hours later. Not happy as ive spent a lot of money here.

They are really nice in there however it would be nice if they would change the price tag after something it no longer on sale had that happen with more than one item today also picked up many cases of games to be told they do not have the game in stock I walked out with nothing today after waiting in line
