“The new sofa is beautiful and so well designed. And I cannot say enough good things about the 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up the sofa. They kindly helped us move the old soda out of the way and a large chair, as well. They placed blankets to protect the doorway. A fantastic experience!”
“Very professional staff. I walked in told them what I wanted. They pointed at what I asked for, that was it. It was a great transaction. If you know what you’re buying out there, you know what you’re gonna pay. Our other Sleep Number bed that we’ve had since 2012 is still working great. We just needed one for another room. We discovered this shop soon after moving to Olympia, and Nicole, Dan, and Megan were quick to welcome us and get to know us--and we soon found ourselves looking for excuses to stop by and browse. Everything they sell has so much character and style, and it's just a happy place to visit. We decorated our living room and my video studio with midcentury modern furniture and perfect accents that helped make our house a home--and they're our go-to any time we need to shop for gifts. “Recently went in looking for a mattress during the 2023 Presidents Day Sale. Great service! Large selection of quality furniture. I even left to check out a different mattress store just to make sure I was making the right decision (since Macy's was the first place we went) & ended up running back to the Macy's Furniture store before they closed because I regretted not getting the mattress from Macy's! The staff was great, even stayed late to help us with our purchase. Sales crew were very helpful but not in that weird, overly aggressive, stalking you around the sales floor like some places can be. Gave us space to get comfortable & make our own decisions but we're available to answer questions & give great, honest advice. We went in there with a specific brand already in mind but ended up purchasing a different mattress based on an employees recommendation & im very happy about it!”
“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”

she aked my daughter what type of mattress she was looking for, and she listened ! So we bought a mattress fir my daughter. Free delivery, and I told her how much a appreciated her and my hubby and I will probably look her up ! The manager "shelly" helped in any way she could as training. Great crew.”
