My wife, Annette, brought our 2013 Tesla model S to Olympia Autoworks after having a poor experience with one of the Tesla service centers who stated they fixed the issues with the car, and charged us, but they had not. After My wife had done some research online to find someone local, she came across Olympia Autoworks. She reached out to them and shared her experience she had with the Tesla service center and took our car to have it diagnosed. Olympia Autoworks was able to diagnose the issue and in addition to that had found other safety concerns that had not been addressed by the Tesla service center. Olympia Autoworks was the only shop that was able to diagnose all the issues and fix the car. We are so appreciative of their transparency and honesty and the work they did on our Tesla and we would recommend anyone who has a Tesla to take it to Olympia Autoworks! You will have someone who cares about your vehicle and your safety and has mechanics there that are rated to work on electric vehicles. My wife and I feel fortunate that we will not have to take our Tesla back to a Tesla service center for repairs now that we found this fantastic auto repair shop in Olympia.

Very quick service and thorough check of engine. Diagnostic was spot on. I plan to use this business in the future for all three of my cars. The facility was also spotless. Always a good sign. And very professional.
Additional remarks.
I put the car through its paces yesterday with a run to Mt St Helens and it far exceeded my expectations. Engine was very smooth and strong.
These guys are pros. Thanks so much for a great job!

Glad to say I had a very favorable experience when I had my BMW serviced at Olympia Autoworks. No surprises. The price they quoted me when I made the appointment, is the price I paid. They even gave me an 11 point inspection and alerted me to upcoming service needs. Nice to have someone closer to home that you can trust with your vehicle. Thanks.

Our VW Jetta Sportwagon had a problem that turned out to be a diesel particulate filter that was in need of replacing. The regular mechanic who we use was not experienced enough to diagnose it , but the team at Olympia Autoworks have worked on a fair share of VWs and knew exactly what was wrong and what needed replacing. They fixed our car in a reasonable time frame and it’s running great
