I ordered five table arrangements for my daughter’s rehearsal dinner, and we loved them. The colors, the variety of flowers, and the size was just what we’d imagined and discussed by phone. And they lasted for weeks! Beautifully done!!!

Disappointing, absolutely not worth what we paid, shorted on our order, refunder with extra…$3 whole dollars. Don’t recommend and we will never use them again.

countless stars - my unusual "flower plant", not bouquet seemed hopeless. but kristi designed + del same day, she did so w heart. i am out of state- her guidance & suggestions were compassionate in that the recipient was someone in post-surgical pain. (plant nurseries do have plants but none delivered.) after working up a preliminary order, i told her to add more $ to add to the arrangement & use at her discretion, she did not use it, which i think is honorable & lends "great value" to my review. MY COUSIN'S RESPONSE WEHN IT WAS DELIVERED: "The beautiful assortment of plants arrived today. They are incredible. Thank you so much. Have quite a bit of pain yet. It was a long 4-hour surgery. My post-operation appointment is next Wednesday. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving."

My husband ordered me flowers for our anniversary, to be delivered to our home. The flowers and chocolate truffles (from Trader Joes) that he included with the order were literally dumped at the bottom of our driveway In a pile of dirt. It was 96° and the vase was not even in any kind of protective box. The truffles, of course, were a puddle. Our driveway, granted, is steep, but why not even a call to say where the items had been left? Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. As for the bouquet, it looked fresh enough, but it was asymmetrical /oddly shaped.

Wow! After being an extremely satisfied customer of Flowers By Kristil for many YEARS, I finally decided to take the time to write a positive review of the business. My first reaction when I saw the negative reviews here was "is this the same business!" Sadly, my research revealed that it is in fact the same business the negative reviews discuss. Fortunately, my many years of being a customer of Flowers By Kristil paint an entirely different picture of the business than those in the negative reviews. For example, in September of 2021, a friend of my wife lost her son to suicide. This friend lives in Lynnwood. On 9/8/2021, my wife ordered flowers from Flowers By Kristil to be delivered on 9/9/2021. Everything occurred without a hitch! The flowers were gorgeous. The service was spectacular. On 10/1/2019, I ordered flowers from Flowers By Kristil to be delivered to my wife at her work. There was no occasion for the flowers other than I love my wife and I wanted to send flowers to her. I also wanted a stuffed animal to be included with the flowers. Flowers By Kristil provides this service as well. The flowers and stuffed animal were to be delivered on 10/3/2019. On 10/2/2019, Flowers By Kristil contacted me by email to tell me they could not get the stuffed animal that I wanted and asked if a substitution would be satisfactory. I agree that it would. I thought the stuffed animal was going to be something the size of a Beanie baby and cheaply made, like something out of a vending machine where you can win a stuffed animal if you operate the crane correctly. WRONG! The stuffed animal was full-sized! My wife loved it! And the flowers, as usual, were gorgeous! In all of the years I have been ordering from Flowers By Kristil, have they made a mistake! Sure they have. What human being doesn't! When I contacted them about the mistake, they not only replaced the flowers (the substitution I agreed to when I placed the order was a less than desirable flower compared to what I ordered), they did so WITHOUT CHARGE! They delivered the replacement flowers the SAME DAY WITHOUT CHARGE for the order! Where do you find such dedication to customers! So, although I don't doubt the negative statements made in the posts by others here on Yelp, the negative comments are not indicative of the Flowers By Kristil that I have known and done business with for many years. Lastly, if you are not doing business with Flowers By Kristil, you are doing yourself a disservice!

My mom was thrilled with the flowers that Kristil assembled for her birthday. They have now lasted almost two weeks and are still looking gorgeous. I live in California and appreciated the easy online ordering. I ordered two days before her birthday and the flowers were delivered with care and on time. Highly recommend this shop.
