Stopped in to do a return with absolutely no idea how to do it. The assistant manager helped me, I believe her name was Zippy. She was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient!

Zippy handled a small print job for me today. She very patiently explained to me the revised process while she set it up and finished the job. I appreciate her help. I've used this site many times in the past in getting various documents printed, including large appliance manuals. I've never been disappointed in the service.
