On April 17, 2023, my wife and I went to Fed Ex on Cooper Pt. Rd., in Olympia, WA. to do copy work for an insurance claim. We're both senior citizens who were in need of assistance in completing our tasks. We went to the counter and spoke with a young lady about our need. In response she handed my wife an instruction card stating "this is how to do it". She then returned to whatever she was doing. My wife returned to the computer station and tried to follow the card instructions. After several attempts to complete the tasks as cited on the card, we returned to the counter and spoke to a young man, again asking for help using a copy task as outlined on the instruction card we were given. This fellow took our cell phone looked at it for a moment and replied "I don't know" and returned to whatever he was doing. Frustrated with the complete disregard for assistance we left the store. In response we went to the UPS store across the Cooper Pt. store and much to our satisfaction were pleasantly helped by the young lady at the counter. A few highlights: we are both seniors with very limited in completing tasks related to computer use; there was one customer in the Fed Ex store and she attempted to assist us; finally, it is apparent that customer service for seniors at one store is much more acceptable than that at another!

very nice and helpful. went into fax and courtnie helped me. i didn't know how to fax and she walked me through it very nice and i appreciate her help. all the employees were friendly. i recommend this store.#2294 on cooper point rd, olympia wa.

I use this branch all the time for printing, laminating, and shipping. If you order online and give them enough time, your products will be very high quality. So much cheaper than trying to build the same capability at home. Although the reviews aren't all that great, they do a lot of detail-oriented, mind-numbing work for cheap. Will continue to work with them.

They have no ability to do more then give you a phone number if packages don't arrive. The FedEx driver say they made a delivery on Dec 26th when we were snowed in. Don't use FedEx

I was appalled! How rude could the employees be!? No manners, and I felt like any question I asked was something extra they did not want to do! What happened? They used to be so helpful and courteous!!

FedEx offices nor are there services always the best (especially telephone or virtual assistant. What made today? AJ at the Cooper Point Rd store. Very friendly & efficient but she went above and beyond. I picked up a large and very heavy shipment. First she told me they had a cart and then offered to load it on and asked if she could help me to my car. I have severe arthritis so she was a Godsend. Brave AJ!

Went in to print 12 pics from my I-phone. No assistance from the staff, and their self help equipment didn't work. Wasted 25 mins here and never received service. Never again.
