1530 Black Lake Blvd SW STE A102, Olympia“We went in on a Saturday and walked out with 4 new phones with two of those on new plans for our family. Usman, the gentlemen helping us, was quick to answer our questions and worked to get us the best deal possible. The store was busy and he handled our purchase and those of other customers at the same time. Usman was really doing a great job. We are very happy with the service and the price for our new phones.”
“I've been a customer of Desco for over 20 years now. Not only do they match Best Buy pricing, but unlike Best Buy their after sales support is unmatched. My previous Sony Tv lost its sound last week, and possibly repairing wasn't worth the cost. Like pretty well all service businesses they are understaffed and told me that even though the new TV was in stock it could be two weeks till they could deliver and set up. A shout out to Marino, my sales person. At 10:30 this morning he and a helper delivered and set up my new TV. With Desco, you are dealing with highly knowledgeable sales staff, and fantastic after sales support and repair services. They are the best. .”

“Started running into trouble back in 2016, probably a little before that, while in school at Grays Harbor College. Was able to catch some International Assocation of Scientologists where they were staking out my game collection, and also were embarassing me a lot, so I ended up having to change stores and discontinue my rewards (power-up). The good news is that the Nintendo Switch /gamepad was coming out, didn't have a problem being stuck on some older systems, so it ended up being a bunch of security gaurds and MetalJesusRocks that might have suspected another round. I'm definately buying in bulk online (highly recommended). In general, other than a few 3-4 quick pickups, even not lightweight pickups, like headphones, Switch- gamepad, XBOX, that would be about it for a store pickup.”
“Checked in when they opened. Staff is very knowledgeable and personable. Sam helped me acquire a new iPhone 13 Pro Max for my wife. Had the color in stock and did the transfer which mirrored her old phone exactly like the old phone. And received an amazing trade in off her old phone.
3 weeks later I thought. I better trade my phone in for that price too. It was a no brainer. John helped me this time. Trade in the 13 Pro Max for a new 15 Pro Max for only $11 a month. Better do it now.
Love the new phone !!”
“My wife and I have had two excellent shopping experiences at the Olympia Best-buy Westside. Last week and this week. We initially went in to look at the Apple Watches. A service representative introduced themselves (Sir Rolls) and assisted us. It was a positive learning interaction. We ended up with the watch that we chose and Rolls was a kind, pleasant and knowledgeable sales person. He also helped us with checkout and all the options available. This week my wife decided that she also would like a watch like mine. We went back to the store and searched out Rolls. He was happy to see us and called us by our names. Needless to say we purchased another watch after getting educated and he happily checked us out. Overall his courteous, meaningful, behavior needs to be recognized. Thank you. Matt and Michelle Fisher”
“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”
“Placed order easily online, order was processed very quickly. It took less than 1.5 hrs until I had my order in hand! Customer Service was friendly and professional.”
