I normally do not participate in the review process. That being said, I am so appreciative of my experience with eCare I feel inclined to do so.
The staff at eCare made such a difference . Dianne and Troy were kind, professional and extremely intuitive. They helped us through a difficult time with grace. I would highly reccomend eCare.

The very evening our baby passed, ecare came to our house and lovingly picked up our girl and took her away. He was very gentle and caring. About two weeks later, Diane brought our girl's remains, in a beautiful wooden urn. We also purchased a paw print and they gave us some clippings of her fur! Considering the magnitude of our loss, ecare made it so much better! Thank you so much for the loving, caring experience!

eCare was absolutely wonderful! Diane was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and situation. Any questions were responded to almost immediately. The transport staff who took care of my mom after she died were so caring and kind and I felt confident putting her in their hands. Would highly recommend!

I would like to recommend eCare Mortuary. Dianne handled my mother with care, she walking through all the process of how mom was going to be taking care of since the first day she arrived. I am very grateful I choose eCare I am very happy with the service. Very friendly and she was able to answer questions and available on the weekends as well.

I can't say enough about the wonderful treatment we received from Diane at eCare when my husband passed suddenly. First number I called at 3 am. Had to make arrangements from Canada to the States, Diane was able to walk me through the process, and she moved mountains so I was able to bring my Daughter home.

ECare Mortuary Olympia was great to work with. Requesting support was easy on line, and after that Diane was very helpful at every step of the process. She took care of everything, answered all my questions, kept me informed, and was extremely kind and respectful through it all.
